Claims (28)

  1. Oberflächentafel für eine Struktur, wobei die Tafel Folgendes umfasst: ein formgepresstes Element und eine während des Formens des Elements in das Element eingebettete leitfähige Lage, wobei die leitfähige Lage im Allgemeinen an eine Außenfläche des Elements angrenzt.
  2. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das formgepresste Element wenigstens teilweise aus einem warmausgehärteten Kunststoff geformt ist.
  3. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus einem metallischen Werkstoff geformt ist.
  4. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage wenigstens teilweise aus Kupfer geformt ist.
  5. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage wenigstens teilweise aus Aluminium geformt ist.
  6. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus einem Netz geformt ist.
  7. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus Folie geformt ist.
  8. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus einem gezogenen Gitter geformt ist.
  9. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus mehreren Lagen leitfähiger Elemente geformt ist.
  10. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei das formgepresste Element wenigstens teilweise aus einem faserverstärkten Kunststoff geformt ist.
  11. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage für eine Verwendung beim Blitzschlagschutz optimiert ist.
  12. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage für eine Verwendung als Antenne optimiert ist.
  13. Oberflächentafel nach Anspruch 1, wobei die leitfähige Lage dafür konfiguriert ist, leitfähig mit einer leitfähigen Struktur verbunden zu sein.
  14. Flugzeug, das Folgendes umfasst: eine formgepresste Tafel, die wenigstens einen Abschnitt des Äußeren des Flugzeugs abdeckt, und eine während des Formens der Tafel in die Tafel eingebettete leitfähige Lage, wobei die leitfähige Lage im Allgemeinen an eine Außenfläche des Elements angrenzt.
  15. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei das formgepresste Element wenigstens teilweise aus einem warmausgehärteten Kunststoff geformt ist.
  16. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus einem metallischen Werkstoff geformt ist.
  17. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus einem Netz geformt ist.
  18. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus mehreren Lagen leitfähiger Elemente geformt ist.
  19. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei das formgepresste Element wenigstens teilweise aus einem faserverstärkten Kunststoff geformt ist.
  20. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage für eine Verwendung beim Blitzschlagschutz optimiert ist.
  21. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage für eine Verwendung als Antenne optimiert ist.
  22. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, das ferner Folgendes umfasst: eine zweite formgepresste Tafel, die wenigstens einen Abschnitt des Äußeren des Flugzeugs abdeckt, wobei die zweite Tafel eine während des Formens der zweiten Tafel in die zweite Tafel eingebettete leitfähige Lage hat, wobei die leitfähigen Lagen der Tafeln leitfähig verbunden sind, um zu ermöglichen, dass elektrische Energie zwischen den leitfähigen Lagen der Tafeln fließt.
  23. Flugzeug nach Anspruch 14, wobei die leitfähige Lage der Tafel leitfähig mit einer Metallstruktur des Flugzeugs verbunden ist, um zu ermöglichen, dass elektrische Energie von der leitfähigen Lage der Tafel in die Metallstruktur fließt.
  24. Verfahren zum Formen einer formgepressten Tafel, die eine eingebettete leitfähige Lage hat, wobei das Verfahren Folgendes umfasst: (a) Anordnen einer leitfähigen Lage angrenzend an eine Formoberfläche eines Abschnitts einer Pressform, (b) Anordnen eines nicht ausgehärteten Formwerkstoffs angrenzend an die leitfähige Lage und Schließen der Form, (c) Zusammenpressen der Abschnitte der Form, um zu bewirken, dass der Formwerkstoff in einen Formhohlraum fließt, wobei wenigstens ein Teil des Formwerkstoffs in die leitfähige Lage fließt, und (d) Aushärten des Formwerkstoffs innerhalb der Form, um eine Tafel zu formen, wobei die leitfähige Lage im Allgemeinen angrenzend an eine Außenfläche der Tafel in die Tafel eingebettet ist.
  25. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, das ferner Folgendes umfasst: vor Schritt (a) Formen der leitfähigen Lage als ein Vorformling, der eine Gestalt hat, die sich im Allgemeinen der Gestalt der Formoberfläche annähert.
  26. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, wobei die leitfähige Lage aus mehreren überlappenden Abschnitten geformt ist.
  27. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, das ferner Folgendes umfasst: nach Schritt (a) und vor Schritt (b) Anordnen einer nicht leitfähigen Lage angrenzend an die leitfähige Lage derart, dass die nicht leitfähige Lage zwischen dem Formwerkstoff und der leitfähigen Lage eingeschoben ist, und wobei Schritt (c) ferner umfasst, dass wenigstens ein Teil des Formwerkstoffs in die nicht leitfähige Lage fließt.
  28. Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, das ferner Folgendes umfasst: vor Schritt (a) Bereitstellen einer Oberflächenbehandlung an der Formoberfläche, um eine Bewegung der leitfähigen Lage im Verhältnis zur Formoberfläche während der Schritte (b) bis einschließlich (d) zu hemmen.
