This improves the separation efficiency and reliability. Fig. 1
Description
The invention relates to an arrangement for separating sheet-shaped objects, such as labels, record carriers, receipts or banknotes, and can preferably be used in banknote counting machines, cash dispensers, receipt evaluators and similar devices.
Known are a variety of arrangements for separating sheet-like objects, which remove by means of a friction drive, the respective first sheet from the supply stack and handed over to a transport device which feeds these sheet-shaped objects their further processing. To avoid double and multiple deductions are described in DE-AS 2518310, OS 2704045, OS 2935653 and DD-WP 210396 measures for braking double or multiple sheets withdrawn by braking elements between deduction and transport device. Such arrangements have the significant disadvantage that they interfere with the transport of the leaves and thus have a high susceptibility to imperfections of the leaves, such as cracks and bent edges. Furthermore, it seems inexpedient to slow down already accelerated leaves in order to have to accelerate again thereafter. DE-OS 2822576 describes an arrangement without the above-mentioned braking elements. Here, the separation quality is determined by a regulation of the pressing force of the stack against the friction drive in dependence on the temporal and spatial distance of the dispensed objects. As a result of the friction coefficients between the sheets which can not be influenced by this arrangement, double and multiple removals are unavoidable in the case of very large friction value fluctuations. Arrangements in which air is injected between the individual sheets of the stack or, as described in DE-OS 3311 976, the stop wall is placed on the withdrawal side of the stack in mechanical vibrations, reduce the frictional forces between the leaves and thus increase effectively the singulation quality. The required equipment expense and space requirements, which is particularly disadvantageous when the stack is to be placed in a portable cassette, are considered to be the main disadvantages.
Furthermore, it is known that excellent separation effects are achieved by buckling of the first sheet. DE-OS 2842135 describes an arrangement in which the first sheet is arched by displacement against the withdrawal direction of special attacks so that when reversing the movement of the friction drive, the first sheet can be removed as a single sheet. DE-AS 2407098 shows an arrangement in which the bristle-bearing cushions, which are arranged on the sheet edges, limit this curvature, in order to improve the singulation effect. Such arrangements are suitable for sheet-shaped objects with as constant flexibility and without irregularities. Another disadvantage is the required forward and backward movement which reduces the take-off speed and the fact that in motion reversal, the curvature is reduced again and therefore double deductions are likely here as well.
It is the object of the invention to eliminate the separation of sheet-shaped objects by friction drive double and multiple prints and to increase the reliability of known arrangements with minimal material costs, lowest mass use, low production costs and without adjustment.
The invention has for its object to provide an arrangement for separating sheet-shaped objects, which is characterized by a high reliability and secure separation, wherein the sheet-shaped objects may have a different surface roughness and stiffness and an irregular shape, such as cracks or folded edges.
According to the invention, the object is achieved in that the stacking elements comprising a stack feed device, a friction drive for removing sheet-shaped objects from the stack and a transport device arrangement on the withdrawal side of a stack in addition to parallel guide rails on the blade longitudinal edges opposite two guide plates which at an acute angle to Stack feed direction and inclined at an acute angle to the withdrawal direction. The distance between the leading edges projecting into the stack is initially greater than the stack width and decreases towards the withdrawal side, where it is smaller than the stack width. On the withdrawal side of the stack, two support surfaces between the guide plates and the stack bottom and two support surfaces between the guide plates and the stack top are arranged at the level of the friction drive opposite to the leaf longitudinal edges. The distance between the guide plates and the stack top is 0.4 to 0.6 times the length of the sheet-shaped articles. All four support surfaces are located on an imaginary plane, which is arranged perpendicular to the stack feed direction and at an acute angle or parallel to the take-off direction. The distance of the intersections of the leading edges of the guide plates with the above-mentioned plane is smaller than the stack width. Parallel to the plane of the slider of the stack feed device is arranged.
The object is further achieved by the projecting into the stack guide edges of the guide plates to the stack each have a radius.
Instead of the support surfaces in the amount of the friction drive, the friction lining of the friction drive can be designed as a support element, wherein the surface of the friction lining contacting the first leaf-shaped object lies on the imaginary plane mentioned above.
With the aid of this arrangement it is achieved that the first sheet-like object located on the take-off side of the stack is pressed against the leading edge of the stacking space, whereby due to the flexibility and the support surfaces arranged on the sheet longitudinal edges, the first sheets are arched in the stack feed direction such that their longitudinal edges stay almost parallel. The support surfaces are only after reaching a slight deflection of the first leaves on the first sheet and prevent bending transverse to the withdrawal direction.
Thus, the braking forces occurring at the first sheet to be peeled off, which occur due to friction between the blade and abutment surfaces, are minimized. The distance between the leading edges, which is steadily decreasing in the direction of the staple feed and withdrawal, forcibly causes a constant increase in the curvature height and thus in the case of already small displacements of the first sheet in the withdrawal direction a secure lifting of the first sheet from the second sheet at the vertex of the curvature curve. The frictional force transmission from the first to the second blade is thus minimized and there is a very secure separation of the first sheet-shaped object from the stack. The inclination of the guide surfaces allows a secure guidance of the sheet-like objects without getting caught in cracks and folded edges.

Infolge des nachdrückenden Stapels 2 beziehungsweise des Schiebers 14 und derFigure 1 shows a stack 2 in which the sheet-shaped objects are inclined on its shorter edge to the haul-off side 1 and are pushed between the parallel guide rails 3 through the slider 14 of a stack feed device in the stack feed direction χ to the withdrawal side 1 out. In this case, the first sheets are printed between the guide sheets 5 and 6 narrowing towards the withdrawal side 1, wherein the leading edges 7 touch the longitudinal edges of the first sheet-shaped objects approximately in the half of their length I. As a result of the nachdrückenden stack 2 and the slider 14 and the
Flexibility of the leaves bulge them to the withdrawal side 1 through. In order to minimize the braking forces acting on the first sheet when pulling off the stack by friction drive 12, only longitudinal buckling is permitted and is achieved by the arrangement of support surfaces 8 and 10 on the longitudinal leaf edges 4 above and below the respective guide plates 5 and 6. The arrangement of the support surfaces 8 and 10 on the longitudinal edges of the curvature is favored in the longitudinal direction in the upper and lower region of the sheet. The imaginary plane 13, on which the support surfaces 8 and 10 lie is arranged according to Figure 3 so that first the first sheets between the guide plates 5 and 6 must be arched before they rest against the support surfaces 8 and 10, that is, the Supporting the stack 2 takes place substantially at the guide edges 7 of the guide plates 5 and 6, while the support surfaces 8 and 10 secure the curvature only in the manner described above. Sheet-like objects with low rigidity are slightly more curved and thus stronger pressed against the support surfaces 8 and 10 than those with high rigidity. Corresponding to the average stiffness and the dimensions of the sheet-shaped objects, the angles α and β of the guide plates 5 and 6, the distance a 0 at stacking height X 0 and the position of the imaginary plane 13 are selected so that the support surfaces 8 and 10 of the plurality of Leaves are only slightly touched, the position of the first sheet to the friction drive 12 while it is kept constant. The friction drive 12 engages at the level of the support surfaces 10 between the guide plates 5 and 6 and the stack top 11 in the middle of the sheet by means of a small surface on the friction lining 15, which oscillates on a circular arc and intermittently applied to the first sheet with an acceleration force in the drawing direction. In this case, the first sheet is guided at its edges along the guide edges 7, which narrow in the stack feed direction χ and in the withdrawal direction y and which have a radius r according to FIG 2, wherein the first sheet over the subsequent sheet undergoes a stronger curvature, the safe Dicing has the consequence. As a result of the above-described minimization of the braking forces acting on the first sheet, the first sheet is accelerated with minimal pressure forces on the friction lining 15 of the friction drive 12, avoiding acceleration of subsequent sheet-like objects. The advantage of this arrangement is the fact that the separation quality and reliability are significantly improved by the use of simple guide plates and support surfaces with minimal effort.
