Abstract
The invention relates to the production of viscose fibers with a ribbon-like cross section of high strength and crimping. The aim and task is in particular the production of a mixed titre of such fibers which, together with preferably polyester or polyacrylonitrile fibers, produce a natural fiber effect in the textile fabric. The object is achieved according to the invention essentially by spinning less mature, unmated viscose with increased alkali content and modifier addition by specific slot nozzle combinations in a corresponding spin bath under defined drafting and stretching conditions.
Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung von Celluloseregeneratfasern mit bändchenförmigem QuerschnittProcess for the production of cellulose regenerated fibers with a ribbon-shaped cross-section
The invention relates to a method with apparatus for the production of viscose fibers with a ribbon-shaped cross section, which are characterized by high strength and crimp. These fibers, together with preferably polyester or polyacrylonitrile fibers, give a natural fiber effect in the textile fabric.
In order to maintain the Ouerschnittsform, the application of coagulation and regeneration accelerating Fällbäder is required. In order to produce crimped fibers under these conditions, using a slightly ripened viscose, a delay of 1 is selected, the amount of zinc sulphate in the precipitation bath is increased , or the combined yarn strands are either stretched directly by 5-35 % in a hot weak sulfuric acid bath , or the first stretched the air
DD-PS 41 397)by 5 to 20 % and then treated with hot water at a temperature of at least 70 0 C de-energized, (see DD-PS 41 397)
The known methods each relate only to a specific titer range. The fiber strengths and the crimp are insufficient and do not meet the requirements imposed on effect fibers, especially in the processing industry.
The aim of the invention is to produce viscose fibers with a ribbon-shaped cross-section of high strength and high crimp, preferably as a mixed denier, in a spinning process.
The object of the invention is to achieve the formation of a specific ribbon-shaped fiber cross-section by combining defined technological parameters in the viscose composition and in the spinning and drawing process and to fix them so that high strengths and high crimp remain after complete regeneration. In particular, a mixed titer is to be spun by the use of special combination or component slot dies.
The object is achieved by spinning a viscose with a content of 6 to 9% by mass of cellulose, 6 to 9% by mass of sodium hydroxide and 32 to 38% by weight, based on alpha-cellulose, carbon disulfide in addition to sulfuric acid still 300-350 g / l Sodium sulfate and 5-12 g / l zinc sulfate containing spinning

According to the invention, using 4 geometrically different slot combinations in a spinner head with a number of different slots of a width-to-length ratio of 1:10 to 1:20, a slightly ripened / unmated viscose with a gamma value of 42 mm. 50 and an alkali ratio of 0.75 to 0.85 in a spin bath with 90 to 100 g / l sulfuric acid and the already indicated concentrations of sodium sulfate and zinc sulfate spun. The viscose customary modifiers or Modif ikatortnischenungen, eg of polyethylene glycols and monoamines or substituted higher amines in a concentration of 0.75 to 1.5 %, based on alpha-cellulose added, which significantly increase the crimp of the fiber. By adjusting a delay in the spinning bath of 1.30 to 1.50, the crimp of the resulting fiber is surprisingly also increased.
