Abstract
Die Erfindung loest das Verfahren der kontinuierlichen elektrolytischen Regeneration von Eisenchloridloesung, das zum Beizen feiner Strukturen in Metallfolien verwendet wird. Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, dass die Eisenchloridloesung, die teilweise durch das Beizen verbraucht wird, zwischen dem Beizbad und der Elektrolysezelle zirkuliert. Durch Einwirkung von Gleichstrom mit der erforderlichen Staerke wird an der Kathode der Elektrolysezelle staendig Eisen abgeschieden und an der Anode soviel Eisen oxydiert, wie durch das Beizen in das Beizbad eingebracht wird. Die regenerierte Eisenchloridloesung zirkuliert zwischen dem Beizbad und dem Anodenraum der Elektrolysezelle, solange die Eisenionen durch Diffusion ueber eine Membran in den Kathodenraum transportiert werden. Die Erfindung kann genutzt werden zum Beispiel bei der Fertigung von Eisenmasken fuer Bildroehren fuer das Farbfernsehen.
