Abstract

Die Anmeldung der Erfindung bezieht sich auf die Gewinnung von Prostaglandin-Analoga F tief 2 alpha, bei denen sich am C tief 15 eine endstaendige n- C tief 5- H tief 11- Gruppe befindet,die durch eine(CH tief2)tief n Y-Gruppe modifiziert ist, wobei n von 0 bis 6 sein kann und Y einem Alkylrest mit 1 bis 6 C- Atomen oder einer eventuell auch ungesaettigten Cycloalkylgruppe entspricht, die durch ein bis drei Substituenten wie Halogenatome oder Hydroxyl-, Alkoxyl-, Nitro-, Trihalogenmethyl-, Sulfhydryl- u.ae. Gruppen substituiert sein koennen. In manchen Faellen entspricht Y der OR- Gruppe, wobei R ein Aryl mit sechs bis zehn C- Atomen oder ein Alkyl oder ein Alkenyl mit drei bis sechs Atomen bedeutet, d.durch Halogenatome oder durch Hydroxyl-, Alkoxyl-, Nitro-, Trihalogenmethylgruppen oder andere Substituenten substituiert sein koennen. Bei d. synthetisierten Derivaten(II) ist die Carboxylgruppe entweder frei oder liegt in Form von Estern vor, die aus Alkyl-, Alkenyl-, Cycloalkyl-, Dicycloalkyl- u. Tricycloalkylalkoholen gewonnen werden, die Halogen, Hydroxylgruppen u.ae. substituiert sein koennen. Die besagten Analoga I werden nach folgender Reaktion gewonnen: Derivate des /3a Alpha, 4 Beta, 5 Alpha/Hexahydro- 5-hydroxy- 4 substituierten trans- Buten- 2- yI/- 2 H- cyclopenta (b)- furan- 2- ons/werden durch die Wirkung eines Komplexhydrids in das entsprechende Lacton ueberfuehrt, wonach sie mit dem entsprechenden Ylid behandelt und die Schutzgruppen entfernt werden.
