Charakteristik der bekannten technischen lösungenCharacteristic of the known technical solutions
Bekannte Weblitzen aus Kunststoff werden einschließlich des Fadenauges gestanzt*The healds in weaving machines have the task of lifting or lowering the warp threads which run through the middle lash eye to the shed formation. "Yarns made of yarn, of metal and of plastic are known. In thread strands, the thread eye is formed by appropriate Knüpftechnik the yarn itself or a thread eye made of metal interwoven or knotted »With metallic healds da3 thread eye either by piercing a zusammengeloteten double wire, formed by punching from a flat-rolled round wire or a rolled broadband, depending After, from which material form the heald is made, or it is a thread eyelet, Vielhe also referred to as Mailion, soldered into a recess in the split heald. Known plastic healds are punched including the thread eye *
Bine eingesetzte Faöenöse aus Metall kann einer solchen Forderung am besten gerecht werden, da bei deren HerstellungThe thread eye is attached a great importance s because this is subject to wear as a result of the continuous warp thread and the warp thread must not be rubbed. Bine metal used can best meet such a demand, since in their manufacture

Ein solcher Aufwand verteuert die Weblitzen, Ferner sind Weblitzen aus Metall relativ schwer, so daß die Webgeschwindigkeit bzw. die Höhe der Schußzahlen infolge des Schaftgewichtes begrenzt ist.the necessary fine machining, such as polishing, is possible and the thread eye has already been rounded inside from the manufacturing process. Furthermore, such a thread eye can be case hardened »disadvantageous, however, in these thread eyes the cost of Einknüpfens or, braiding in a Garnlitze. Such an expense increases the healds, Furthermore, healds made of metal are relatively heavy, so that the weaving speed and the height of the shot numbers is limited due to the weight of the shaft.
Ziel der Erfindung" Object of the invention "
The aim of the invention is to reduce the manufacturing effort for light V / eblitzen with inserted thread eye.
Wesen der Erfindung Wese n the invention
The invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a light heddle with inserted thread eye, in which the connection of the thread eye with the heald requires no additional operations.
The stated object is achieved in that the heald consists of a plastic part, which includes the thread eye form-fitting.
Bine solche Weblitze weist etwa die gleichen Vorteile wie eine metallische Weblitze mit eingesetztem Fadenauge auf, ist jedoch erheblich leichter als eine metallische WeblitzeBine such heald has about the same advantages as a metallic heald with inserted thread eye, but is considerably lighter than a metallic heald

Zudem ist sie rostsicher»and quieter in operation, as their metal-contacting end-grommets are made of plastic. In addition, it is rust-proof »
The plastic part has a substantially oval cross-section, which is widened on all sides in the region of the thread eye and is perforated and surrounds the thread eye on the outside and on the side.
Zweckmäßigerweise besitzt das Fadenauge ein halbmondförmiges Profil, dessen Ränder vom Kunststoff eingeschlossen sind»Conveniently, the thread eye has a crescent-shaped profile whose edges are enclosed by the plastic »
Das Fadenauge besteht sinnvoll aus einsatzgehärtetem, vorzugsweise rostfreiem Stahl»The thread eye is made of case-hardened, preferably stainless steel »
The invention also relates to a method for producing the heald, the thread eye being inserted into an injection mold and encapsulated with the plastic.

The existing from a plastic heald is preferably prepared by a spray process, wherein the existing metal or glass thread eye 10 is encapsulated with plastic "as the metal 3ichem preferably use a hardenable or stainless steel. The Kg. 4 shows a Spritsform in cross section with inserted thread eye TO 9 '' The Spritsform has a lower mold half 32 and an upper mold half 34. A straightening mandrel 36 f is connected to the lower half of the half-mold 32 l and a straightening mandrel 36 is connected to the upper half of the mold 34 for receiving and centering the yarn eye 10. The crests of both mandrels 36 j 36 1 are adapted to the inside of the thread eye 10. It is surprising that despite a single injection point and the fact that the material penetrates into the end regions 18 and 20 of the heald at a substantially lower temperature, an innate connection of the heald Material according to the Endösen 12 and 14, because the thin liquid material for the production of Skfeze with a special hot runner tool can flow quickly, without 'damage in the end regions.
During spraying, the edges of the approximately half-moon-shaped thread eye 10 are coated with plastic / L "to obtain a burr-free transition between the two materials · Compared to a strand made of metal, the elasticity in its longitudinal direction is affected by a strand made of plastic auspicious on the weaving process,

Insbesondere zur Verbindung mit den elastischen Gegenzügen bei Webmaschinen mit Jacquardfachbildung eignet sich eine solche Kunststofflitze besonders gut.because the transition into the respective Litzenendlage in the shedding is gentler and thus spares the warp. In particular, for connection to the elastic counter pulls in looms with jacquard formation such a plastic strand is particularly well.
The cross section of the strand, which is oval in the area of the shed formation, ensures a virtually smooth passage of the umbilicus threads.
