Abstract

Způsob výroby ocelových dílů metodou využívající tvorbu vícefázové struktury, skládající se z nízkonapěťového martenzitu se zvýšenou plasticitou a stabilizovaným zbytkovým austenitem, částečným zakalením v kalicí lázni, kdy díl je z teploty austenitu zachlazen v kalicí lázni tak, že teplota povrchu poklesne pod teplotu Ms o 5 až 50 % intervalu mezi teplotou Ms a Mf. Vnitřní partie ocelového dílu mají teplotu nad Ms, poté je provedeno vyrovnání teplot v celém objemu při teplotě Ms v zařízení udržujícím tuto teplotu s následným vyjmutím z pece a vychlazením na teplotu okolí. Ocelový díl je v kalicí lázni výhodně postupně opakovaně zanořován a vynořován, teplota kalicí lázně je v intervalu teplota Ms +/-50 % intervalu mezi teplotou Ms a Mf ocelového dílu.
