Abstract

Μια μη επανδρωμένη, αυτόνομη, αυτοσυντηρούμενη και αυτοεπισκευαζόμενη πλωτή πλατφόρμα (10) που είναι τοποθετημένη σε σταθερή θέση μέσα στη θάλασσα, ικανή να παρακολουθεί συνεχώς, χωρίς να χρειάζεται να αφαιρεθεί, μια συγκεκριμένη θαλάσσια ζώνη που περιλαμβάνει μια επιφάνεια θαλάσσης και τον εναέριο και υποθαλάσσιο χώρο που σχετίζονται με αυτήν την επιφάνεια θαλάσσης, όπου η πλατφόρμα περιλαμβάνει τηλεπικοινωνιακά μέσα προσαρμοσμένα για την ανταλλαγή πληροφοριών σχετικά με την επιτήρηση με ένα κέντρο Διοίκησης, Επικοινωνίας και Ελέγχου (43). Η πλατφόρμα περιλαμβάνει ένα κατάστρωμα (1) που διατηρείται αρκετά πάνω από την επιφάνεια της θάλασσας μέσω ενός συνδετικού μέλους (11) με ένα υποκείμενο, πλήρως ή μερικώς βυθισμένο, σύστημα πλωτήρων (2) και είναι εξοπλισμένο με μια ποικιλία αισθητήρων και συστημάτων επιτήρησης όπως ραντάρ, Lidar, σόναρ, ηλεκτρομαγνητικά, μη επανδρωμένα μέσα (UAV, UUV και USV), συστήματα ενεργητικής και παθητικής αυτοπροστασίας καθώς και εξοπλισμό έρευνας και διάσωσης. Ένας ιστός (6) που έχει σημαντικό ύψος (συνήθως 40-50m) και είναι εξοπλισμένος με κατάλληλες συσκευές επιτήρησης είναι τοποθετημένος και εκτείνεται κατακόρυφα προς τα πάνω στο κατάστρωμα (1).
