Η εφεύρεση αφορά στην μέθοδο για την παρασκευή ενός κώνου παγωτού σχηματισμένου μέσω μίας γκοφρέτας μορφής κώνου (2) και ενός στρώματος σοκολάτας (3) η οποία είναι διευθετημένη στην εσωτερική όψη και το άνω χείλος της εν λόγω γκοφρέτας (2), και του παγωτού (3) εσωτερικά αυτού. Ένας άλλος στόχος της εφεύρεσης είναι το τρόφιμο προϊόν που λαμβάνεται από την εν λόγω διαδικασία.
