Abstract
Παρέχονται ένας καθολικά επαναφορτιζόμενος συσσωρευτής που αποτελείται από έναν συσσωρευτή ιόντων λιθίου σε χρήση και μια μέθοδος ελέγχου για τον επαναφορτιζόμενο συσσωρευτή. Ο επαναφορτιζόμενος συσσωρευτής περιλαμβάνει: ένα εξωτερικό περίβλημα συσκευασίας και, διαδοχικά ελασματοποιημένα και συναρμολογημένα εντός του εξωτερικού περιβλήματος συσκευασίας, έναν ελεγκτή φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης, ένα τεμάχιο σύσφιξης θετικού ηλεκτροδίου, έναν συσσωρευτή ιόντων-λιθίου καθώς και ένα τελικό πώμα αρνητικού ηλεκτροδίου. Ο ελεγκτής φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης περιλαμβάνει: ένα περίβλημα ελεγκτή φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης και, έχει διαταχθεί εντός του περιβλήματος του ελεγκτή φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης, ένα σώμα συγκόλλησης κυκλώματος ελέγχου φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης, έναν μονωτικό δακτύλιο, και ένα πλαίσιο στήριξης ελεγκτή φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης. Το σώμα συγκόλλησης του κυκλώματος ελέγχου φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης συγκολλιέται σε ένα κύκλωμα ελέγχου φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης του συσσωρευτή λιθίου . Το κύκλωμα ελέγχου φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης του συσσωρευτή ιόντων λιθίου περιλαμβάνει: ένα κύκλωμα ελέγχου φόρτισης του συσσωρευτή ιόντων-λιθίου, ένα κύκλωμα ανίχνευση του συσσωρευτή ιόντων-λιθίου καθώς και ένα κύκλωμα αποφόρτισης ενός ρυθμιστή μειωτήρα DC-DC που έχουν συγκολληθεί πάνω σε ένα υπόστρωμα κυκλώματος και έχουν συνδεθεί ηλεκτρικά αντίστοιχα με τον συσσωρευτή ιόντων-λιθίου, σε ένα τελικό πώμα θετικού ηλεκτροδίου, και στο τελικό πώμα αρνητικού ηλεκτροδίου μέσω του περιβλήματος του ελεγκτή φόρτισης/αποφόρτισης και του εξωτερικού περιβλήματος της συσκευασίας.
