本发明公开了一种可充电锂离子电池,属于充电电池技术领域,该可充电锂离子电池包括PET套管、PET垫片、电芯、钢套、保护板、上支架、下支架和底片,下支架和底片分别固定在电芯的两端,下支架的上端固定安装保护板,保护板包括表面中部固定安装有的正极接触片,靠近正极接触片固定安装有的LED指示灯,保护板槽口处固定安装有的Micro USB母座,保护板的上端固定安装上支架,上支架和下支架外部设置有钢套,钢套的下端与电芯头部固定,钢套的上端固定设置有PET垫片,正极接触片从钢套中部和PET垫片中部穿出,PET套管套设在整个电池外部。本发明充电简单方便,具有良好快速的电力传输能力,充电时间短,可对充电状态进行指示,提高了可充电电池的便利性。

Description

一种可充电锂离子电池
技术领域
本发明属于充电电池技术领域,尤其涉及一种可充电锂离子电池。
背景技术
锂离子电池是一种二次电池(充电电池),它主要依靠锂离子在正极和负极之间移动来工作。在充放电过程中,Li+ 在两个电极之间往返嵌入和脱嵌:充电时,Li+从正极脱嵌,经过电解质嵌入负极,负极处于富锂状态;放电时则相反。
由于便携式电子产品的发展,充电锂离子电池以其具备高电压、高容量、可重复充放电使用、安全性好、自放电小、无记忆效应、可快速充电等特性,得到了广泛的应用。然而,由于锂离子电池能量密度高,在过充、过放、过流、短路及超高温充放电、过低温使用时,容易损坏。为此,现有的锂离子电池都加装电池保护板,以保护锂离子电池的电芯保护界面。常用的锂离子电池加装保护板的设计方式,是在电芯的头尾或侧面加装保护板,且电池本身不带充电状态指示功能。
目前的圆柱电池,需要外加保护板进行充放电的保护,需要将正极通过镍带跨过电芯侧边连接负极端的保护板,或者需要将保护板放在正极,从电芯底部点焊引出镍片,连接到正极端的保护板,并将保护板的另一端引出镍片,连接到电芯底部负极端并做一个五金触片输出,这种结构需要正极镍带跨过电芯表面,存在镍带毛刺刺破电芯外部绝缘套管导致短路的隐患,且不能直接用充电线对电池进行充电,需要配备专用的充电器才能进行充电,电池本身也不带充电状态指示功能。因此有必要进行改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种可充电锂离子电池,用于提供一种充电线直接充电、充电状态进行指示的可充电电池。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种可充电锂离子电池,该可充电锂离子电池包括PET套管、PET垫片、电芯、钢套、保护板、上支架、下支架和底片;所述下支架和底片分别固定在电芯的两端,所述下支架的上端固定安装有保护板,所述保护板包括表面中部固定安装有的正极接触片,靠近正极接触片固定安装有的LED指示灯以及保护板槽口处固定安装有的Micro USB母座,所述保护板的上端固定安装有上支架,所述下支架与上支架卡合连接,所述上支架和下支架外部设置钢套,所述钢套的下端与电芯头部一端的负极外壳紧密铆接固定,所述钢套的上端固定设置有PET垫片,所述PET垫片为半透明材质,LED指示灯的灯光可透过PET垫片,对充电状态进行指示,所述正极接触片从钢套中部和PET垫片中部穿出,所述钢套的侧边开有一通孔缺口,通孔缺口与所述Micro USB母座接口对应连接,所述PET套管套设在整个电池外部。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的可充电锂离子电池,通过采用Micro USB母座接口作为通用型的接口,使用充电线通过Micro USB母座接口就可直接对电池进行充电,充电简单方便,具有良好快速的电力传输能力,充电时间短,且通过设有的LED指示灯对充电状态进行指示,提高了可充电电池的便利性,实用性强。通过设有的上支架、下支架和钢套,钢套使电池各部件成一整体及负极导电,上支架和下支架起到良好的支撑定位保护板的作用,同时也起到了绝缘效果。电芯下端设置有底片,有效保护电池底部磨损变形,钢套的顶端固定设有PET垫片,起到绝缘作用,PET垫片为半透明材质,LED指示灯的灯光可透过PET垫片,对充电状态进行指示。

该可充电锂离子电池包括PET垫片(1)、钢套(2)、上支架(3)、保护板(4)、下支架(5)、电芯(6)、PET套管(7)、底片(8)、正极接触片(9)、LED指示灯(10)、Micro USB母座(11);所述下支架(5)和底片(8)分别固定在电芯(6)的两端,所述下支架(5)上端固定安装有保护板(4),所述保护板(4)包括表面中部固定安装有的正极接触片(9),靠近正极接触片(11)固定安装有的LED指示灯(10)以及保护板槽口处固定安装有的Micro USB母座(11)。所述保护板(4)的上端固定安装有上支架(3),所述下支架(5)与上支架(3)卡合连接,所述上支架(3)和下支架(5)外部设置钢套(2),所述钢套(2)的下端与电芯(6)头部一端的负极外壳紧密铆接固定,所述钢套(2)的上端设置有PET垫片(1),所述PET垫片(1)为半透明材质,LED指示灯(10)的灯光可透过PET垫片(1),对充电状态进行指示,所述正极接触片(9)从钢套(2)中部和PET垫片(1)中部穿出,所述钢套(2)的侧边开有一通孔缺口,通孔缺口与所述Micro USB母座(11)接口对应连接,所述PET套管(7)套设在整个电池外部。
