Abstract
Τα βιολογικά συστήματα επιτρέπουν κατευθυνόμενη από εκμαγείο σύνθεση α-πεπτιδίων. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση επιτρέπει ένα σύστημα που επιτρέπει κατευθυνόμενη από εκμαγείο σύνθεση άλλων τύπων πολυμερών καθώς επίσης α-πεπτιδίων. Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε προτυποποιημένα μόρια και προτυποποιημένα μόρια που συνδέονται προς προσδιορισμένο εκ των προτέρων εκμαγείο. Τα προτυποποιημένα μόρια περιλαμβάνουν μία αλληλουχία λειτουργικών ομάδων που συνδέονται μαζί. Εκάστη λειτουργική ομάδα συνδέεται αρχικώς προς ένα στοιχείο ικανό συμπλήρωσης ενός προσδιορισμένου εκ των προτέρων κωδικοποιητικού στοιχείου του εκμαγείου.
