Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά σε μια μέθοδο σύζευξης ενός αντιγόνου που περιλαμβάνει τα στάδια a) ενεργοποίησης του αντιγόνου για να σχηματιστεί ενεργοποιημένο αντιγόνο· b) αντίδρασης του ενεργοποιημένου αντιγόνου και μιας πρωτεΐνης φορέα ή ενός συνδέτη για να σχηματιστεί μια ομάδα ιμίνης που συνδέει το ενεργοποιημένο αντιγόνο προς την πρωτεΐνη φορέα ή τον συνδέτη και c) αναγωγής της ομάδας ιμίνης χρησιμοποιώντας αναγωγικό παράγοντα που περιλαμβάνει χαρακτηριστική ομάδα τριακετοξυβοροϋδριδίου για να σχηματιστεί συζευγμένο αντιγόνο ή αντιγόνο-συνδέτης και προαιρετικώς d) αντίδρασης του αντιγόνου-συνδέτη με μια πρωτεΐνη φορέα για να σχηματιστεί συζευγμένο αντιγόνο· όπου προαιρετικώς το αντιγόνο προέρχεται από Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria meningitidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faecium, Enterococcus faecalis, Salmonella Vi ή Staphylococcus epidermidis, προαιρετικώς περαιτέρω περιλαμβάνουσα στάδιο a') λυοφίλισης του ενεργοποιημένου παράγοντα και πρωτεΐνης φορέα που ακολουθείται από επανασύσταση σε DMSO ή DMF.
