Abstract
Ο σκοπός της παρούσας εφεύρεσης είναι να ανευρεθεί θεραπευτικός και/ή προφυλακτικός παράγων για γαστρεντερικές διαταραχές και ούτοι καθεξής, όπου ο εν λόγω παράγων έχει εξαιρετική δραστηριότητα και υψηλή ασφάλεια. Μια ένωση που αναπαρίσταται από τον γενικό χημικό τύπο (I) ή ένα φαρμακολογικώς αποδεκτό άλας της ιδίας. Στον γενικό χημικό τύπο (I): το Α αναπαριστά μια προαιρετικώς υποκατεστημένη ομάδα φαινυλενίου˙ το Β αναπαριστά μια προαιρετικώς υποκατεστημένη 4- έως 10-μελή ετεροκυκλική ομάδα, μια προαιρετικώς υποκατεστημενη C6-10 αρυλομάδα ή μια προαιρετικώς υποκατεστημένη C3-10 κυκλοαλκυλομάδα˙ το R1 αναπαριστά ένα άτομο υδρογόνου ή μια C1-3 αλκυλομάδα· το R2 αναπαριστά ένα άτομο υδρογόνου ή μια C1-3 αλκυλομάδα· το R3 αναπαριστά C1-6 αλκυλομάδα, μια C3-10 κυκλοαλκυλομάδα, μια C1-3 αλκοξυ C1-3 αλκυλομάδα ή μία C1-3 υδροξυαλκυλομάδα˙ το R4 αναπαριστά ένα άτομο υδρογόνου ή μια C1-6 αλκυλομάδα ή ένα άτομο αλογόνου˙ το n είναι ένας ακέραιος αριθμός από 1 έως 4· και το Χ αναπαριστά μεθυλένιο, -Ο-, -ΝΗ-, -N(C1-3 αλκύλιο)-, C(=Ο)-, -S-, -S(O)-, -S(Ο2)- ή έναν μονό δεσμό.
