Abstract
Μέθοδος συναρμολόγησης μπαταρίας η οποία περιλαμβάνει μονάδα διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου, ρυθμιστή θέσης καλύμματος, ρυθμιστή θέσης κιβωτίου, και αγωγό τροφοδότησης μολύβδου. Κιβώτιο μπαταρίας, με πλάκες συσσωρευτή που περιέχονται μέσα σε αυτό, συγκρατείται από το ρυθμιστή θέσης καλύμματος. Κάλυμμα συσσωρευτή συγκρατείται από το ρυθμιστή θέσης καλύμματος. Ο τηγμένος μόλυβδος συγκρατείται μέσα στη μονάδα διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου. Οι εκτεθειμένες περιοχές της μονάδας διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου κατακλύζονται κατά προτίμηση από αδρανές αέριο ώστε να αποφευχθεί η επεξεργασία του τηγμένου μολύβδου. Θερμαινόμενη πλάκα στερέωσης κιβωτίου διατίθεται στο πάνω μέρος της μονάδας διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου καθώς και θερμαινόμενη πλάκα στερέωσης καλύμματος στο κάτω μέρος αυτού. Ο ρυθμιστής θέσης κιβωτίου φέρνει το κιβώτιο μπαταρίας σε επαφή με τη θερμαινόμενη πλάκα στερέωσης κιβωτίου ενώ ο ρυθμιστής θέσης καλύμματος φέρνει το κάλυμμα μπαταρίας σε επαφή με τη θερμαινόμενη πλάκα στερέωσης καλύμματος. Ο τηγμένος μόλυβδος διανέμεται μέσα στο κάλυμμα μπαταρίας. Η μονάδα διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου αποσύρεται και το κιβώτιο συσσωρευτή σφραγίζεται έναντι του καλύμματος συσσωρευτή ενώ οι γλωττίδες των πλακών συσσωρευτή εισέρχονται μέσα στον τηγμένο μόλυβδο στο κάλυμμα συσσωρευτή. Η μονάδα διανομής / θέρμανσης μολύβδου γεμίζει με μόλυβδο από τροφοδότη μολύβδου.
