Abstract
Το αντικείμενο της εφευρέσεως είναι μία μέθοδος πληρώσεως εν θερμώ ενός δοχείου με ένα αποστειρωμένο υγρό, γενικά σε θερμοκρασία ευρισκόμενη μεταξύ 60 και 95°C, χαρακτηριζόμενη από το ότι συνίσταται στην υλοποίηση των ακόλουθων βημάτων: a. τοποθέτηση ενός δοχείου κατασκευασμένου από ένα υλικό και σύμφωνα με μία μέθοδο που προσφέρεται για να το καταστήσει ανθεκτικό στην πλήρωση εν θερμώ με το εν λόγω υγρό, όπου το εν λόγω δοχείο έχει εναπομένουσες τάσεις προερχόμενες από την κατασκευή του, b. πλήρωση του εν λόγω δοχείου με το εν λόγω θερμό υγρό, c. κλείσιμο αυτού του πληρωθέντος δοχείου αμέσως μετά την πλήρωση, d. άφεση να ψυχθεί τουλάχιστον κάτω από μία θερμοκρασία στερεοποιήσεως του δοχείου, προκαλώντας μία παραμόρφωση μέσω του σχηματισμού μίας υποπιέσεως στο εσωτερικό του δοχείου, και e. θέρμανση του δοχείου για να προκληθεί μία απελευθέρωση των παραμενουσών τάσεων, όπου αυτή η απελευθέρωση οδηγεί σε μία συρρίκνωση και κατόπιν γενικά σε μία θέση υπό εσωτερική πίεση του δοχείου πράγμα που αντισταθμίζει τουλάχιστον τις παραμορφώσεις οι οποίες προκαλούνται από τα αποτελέσματα της υποπιέσεως του βήματος d.
