Abstract
Αυτό που κατέστη γνωστό στην παρούσα είναι ένα νέο βελτιωμένο μεγάλο πλανητικό σύστημα οδοντωτών τροχών το οποίο χρησιμοποιήθηκε στη βαθμίδα εισόδου γεννητριών ισχύος με αεροστρόβιλο. Αυτό το βελτιωμένο πλανητικό σύστημα οδοντωτών τροχών μειώνει είτε περιορίζει τα θραύσματα λιπαντικού που παραδοσιακά δημιουργούνται από τις οδοντώσεις του μηχανισμού οδοντοτροχών, και ως εκ τούτου περιορίζεται μια εισαγόμενη πηγή για την βλάβη τριβέα. Για την επίτευξη αυτών των αποτελεσμάτων, μερικές και κατά προτίμηση όλες οι οδοντώσεις των μηχανισμών οδοντοτροχών (4) που βρίσκονται μέσα στο πλανητικό σύστημα μηχανισμού οδοντωτών τροχών (1, 2, 3) διέρχονται μια τελική επεξεργασία στίλβωσης με τη χρήση χημικά επιταχυνόμενης επεξεργασίας με δονήσεις σε μια επιφάνεια σκληρότητας περίπου 0.25 microns είτε λιγότερο. Πολλαπλοί σκοποί καθώς και πλεονεκτήματα της εφεύρεσης πρόκειται να παράσχουν ένα κιβώτιο ταχυτήτων με μειωμένα μεταλλικά θραύσματα, βελτιωμένη αντοχή τριβέα, μειωμένη φθορά, μειωμένο θόρυβο από την τριβή - δονήσεις, βελτιωμένη την καταπόνηση λόγω επαφής, βελτιωμένη αντοχή στη διάβρωση, βελτιωμένη λίπανση, για την απλοποίηση της εισαγόμενης διαδικασίας, και για την προαγωγή της ανθεκτικότητας και αποτελεσματικότητας του κιβωτίου ταχυτήτων.
