Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται στην μέτρηση υγρασίας σε έναν ξηραντήρα με κινητό χώρο ξήρανσης και στον έλεγχο του ξηραντήρα, ειδικότερα ενός φυγοκεντρικού ξηραντήρα, με σκοπό την ξήρανση ενός προϊόντος, ειδικότερα ενός περιέχοντος ινσουλίνη προϊόντος. Ο χώρος ξήρανσης περιέχει τουλάχιστον ένα παράθυρο (3). Ο ξηραντήρας περιλαμβάνει περαιτέρω έναν αισθητήρα NIR για την διεξαγωγή της μέτρησης της υγρασίας πάνω στο προϊόν στον κλειστό χώρο ξήρανσης, διαδικασία κατά την οποίαν ο αισθητήρας NIR (4) είναι διαταγμένος εκτός του χώρου ξήρανσης και είναι προσανατολισμένος πάνω στο προϊόν σε τουλάχιστον μία θέση του χώρου ξήρανσης μέσω του τουλάχιστον ενός παραθύρου (3).
