Abstract

Composiciones nutricionales y métodos pata preparar las composiciones, que comprende grasa, proteína e hidrato de carbono, que incluye una combinación de curcumina, demetoxicurcumina, y bisdemetoxicurcumina, en donde la combinación se solubiliza en un aceite polar que tiene un valor de HLB de entre aproximadamente 0,7 y aproximadamente 14 en donde la proporción en peso de la bisdemetoxicurcumina a la curcumina es de entre aproximadamente 1:1 y aproximadamente 1:7 y la proporción en peso de la bisdemetoxicurcurnina a la demetoxicurcumina es de entre aproximadamente 1:1 y aproximadamente 1:2.5. La composición provee una proporción seleccionada de curcuminoides que tienen mejores actividad biológica, biodisponibilidad, y menor impacto de color.
