Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con inhibición de corrosión por ácido nafténico a alta temperatura que ocurre en unidades de procesamiento de hidrocarburo. La invención proporciona un aditivo anti-incrustación no polimérico novedoso efectivo para inhibir la corrosión de ácido nafténico a alta temperatura, que comprende una cantidad que inhibe la corrosión efectiva de un segundo éster de fosfato en donde dicho segundo éster de fosfato se obtiene al hacer reaccionar un primer éster de fosfato con un compuesto de oxirano seleccionado del grupo que consiste de óxido de butileno, óxido de etileno, óxido de propileno o cualquier otro compuesto de oxirano o una combinación de los mismos, preferiblemente con óxido de butileno, capaz de producir dicho segundo éster de fosfato, que tiene una estructura A o B, Fórmulas (A) y (B) en donde R1 y R2 se seleccionan cada uno independientemente del grupo que consiste de los grupos funcionales que tienen 1 a 20 átomos de carbono R1 y R2 pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, X es H, CH3 o C2H5; y n puede variar de 1 a 20, en donde dicho primer éster de fosfato tiene una estructura I o II, Fórmulas (I) y (II) en donde R1 y R2 se seleccionan cada uno independientemente del grupo que consiste de los grupos funcionales que tienen 1 a 20 átomos de carbono y R1 y R2 pueden ser idénticos o diferentes, dicho primer éster de fosfato se obtiene como un producto de reacción de la reacción de un alcohol con un pentaóxido de fósforo.
