Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a low foaming surface active agent composition having washing capability and osmosis capability by utilizing polyethylene oxide adduct represented by a specific general formula as active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:Dialkyl phosphoric ester provided by reacting aliphatic alcohol and phosphoric anhydride is added ethylene oxide a publicly known process to manufacture low foaming surface agent. Said surface active agent is represented by formula I (R represents alkyl or alkenyl having carbon numbers of 6-18, and respective R may be either same or different. (n) represents 1-10). Said surface active agent can be used in a field where foaming become consideration, and is particularly suitable for the industrial use where wet through force, washing force, dispersing force, etc., and also low foaming properties are required.
