Abstract

1.- Un método para embolsar una mezcla compuesta que comprende: formar una bolsa; llenar la bolsa con la mezcla compuesta utilizando por lo menos un tornillo dosificador a granel y un tornillo dosificador de precisión, donde ya sea únicamente el tornillo dosificador a granel o el tornillo dosificador a granel y el tornillo dosificador de precisión juntos alimentan la mezcla en la bolsa durante un primer período y el tornillo dosificador de precisión solamente alimenta la mezcla en la bolsa durante un segundo período; y sellar la bolsa. 2.- El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicha etapa de llenado además comprende girar el tornillo dosificador de precisión a una velocidad más lenta que la del tornillo dosificador a granel. 3.- El método de a reivindicación 1 que además comprende monitorear el contenido de la bolsa según su peso. 4.- El método de la reivindicación 3 que además comprende finalizar el primer período cuando la bolsa ha sido llenada hasta alcanzar por lo menos el 75% del peso de producto indicado en la bolsa.5.- El método de la reivindicación 3 que además comprende finalizar el segundo período cuando la bolsa ha sido llenada hasta aproximadamente el 100% del peso indicado.6.- El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicha etapa de llenado además comprende ubicar el tornillo dosificador a granel y el tornillo dosificador de precisión para alimentar la mezcla en la bolsa desde lados opuestos de la misma. 7.- El método de la reivindicación 1 que además comprende llenar la bolsa en una sola estación.
