Abstract

1.- Un método para elaborar una bolsa plástica que se llena con un peso deseado de material de mezcla en una máquina de formado/llenado/sellado, que comprende:descorrer una película plástica sobre un mandril de una máquina de formado/llenado/sellado; envolver la película alrededor del tubo de formación; formar un tubo de película plástica mediante la adherencia entre sí de los bordes de la película; sellar la parte inferior del tubo para formar una bolsa anexa; pesar el mandril y el tubo de película plástica para obtener un peso inicial; depositar el compuesto de mezcla dentro del tubo cerrado; monitorear el peso actual de por lo menos el mandril, el tubo de película plástica y el contenido de una bolsa anexa a medida que se deposita la mezcla; comparar el peso actual y el peso inicial hasta que se logre el peso deseado; sellar la bolsa anexa; y separar la bolsa anexa, llena y sellada del tubo de película plástica. 2.- El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicha etapa que consiste en depositar el compuesto incluye utilizar por lo menos un tornillo dosificador para mover la mezcla de una tolva a la bolsa. 3.- El método de la reivindicación 1 que además comprende pesar el contenido de la bolsa anexa utilizando celdas de carga. 4.- El método de la reivindicación 1 donde la mencionada segunda etapa de sellamiento y la mencionada etapa de separación ocurren sustancialmente de forma simultánea. 5.- El método de la reivindicación 1 donde dicha etapa de monitoreo es llevada a cabo por un controlador computarizado.
