Abstract

1.- Método de analisis de heparinas o de heparinas de bajo peso molecular, caracterizado porque se efect·an las etapas siguientes:Despolimerizacion de la muestra por accion de heparinasas Llegado el caso, reduccion del despolimerizado, y Valoracion por Cromatografia liquida de Alta Eficacia2.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque se busca la presencia de cadenas oligosacaridas en las que la terminacion esta modificada con un enlace 1,6-anhidro.3.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 1 o 2, caracterizado porque las heparinasas estan en forma de una mezcla de heparinasa 1 (EC 4.2.2.7.), heparinasa 2 (heparin-liasa II) y heparinasa 3 (EC. 4.2.2.8.).4.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 1, caracterizado porque la heparina despolimerizada por accion de heparinasa (despolimerizado) se somete luego a un agente de reduccion.5.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 4, caracterizado porque el agente de reduccion es NaBH4 o una sal de metal alcalino del anion borohidruro.6.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 1, en el que el método cromatografico empleado es una cromatografia de intercambio de anion.7.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 6, caracterizado porque se emplea una fase movil transparente en el UV hasta 200 nm.8.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 6 o 7, caracterizado porque la fase movil empleada es a base de perclorato de sodio, sales de metanosulfonato o sales de fosfato.9.- Método seg·n la reivindicacion 6, caracterizado porque se utiliza un método de deteccion que permite detectar selectivamente los az·cares acetilados.
