Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un compuesto de lafórmula I:en donde R1 y R2 son independientemente hidrógeno, acilo, alcoxicarbonilo, o alquilo;Cualquier cadena lateral de sulfamoiloxi está enlazada con la porción 6.R3 es alquilo; alquenilo, alquinilo; una fracción de cicloalquilo opcionalmente sustituida por alquilo, alcoxi, o halógeno; arilalquilo; arilalquinilo; ácido; cicloalquilalquilo; 3-oxo-2-oxocanfanilo; 6,6-dimetilbiciclo-[3.1.1]hept-2-en-2-ilo; una fracción de heteroarilo opcionalmente sustituida por alquilo; alcoxi, o halógeno; o es heteroarilalquilo; y R4 es hidrógeno; alquilo; hidroxi; o alcoxi, o la cadena lateral de sulfamoiloxi está enlazada con la posición 7; R3 tiene el significado indicado anteriormente para R4 ;R4 tiene el significado indicado anteriormente para R3 ;X es O ó S; y el símbolo ---- es un enlace sencillo o doble; en forma libre o en forma de sal.
