Formulación medicamentosa con liberación controlada de sustanciaactiva que contiene ácido 1-ciclopropil-7- ((S,S)-2,8-diazabiciclo(4.3.0)non-8-il)-6-flúor-1,4- dihidro-8-metoxi-4-oxo-3-quinoloncarboxílico o sales farmacéuticamente aceptables y/o hidratos del mismo y exhibe una liberación media comprendida entre el 80% en 2 horas y el 80% en 16 horas y una liberación inicial de menos de 60% de la sustancia activa en la primera hora de liberación.
