Abstract
Una composición de azucarado lista para espolvorear de bajadensidad que sin embargo exhibe una consistencia esparcible para una duración prolongada, que comprende: A. alrededor del 60 hasta el 85% de un agente endulzante; B. alrededor del 15 hasta el 25% de una mezcla de desmenuzador plástico que comprende: 1. alrededor del 12 hasta el 20% de la composición de un desmenuzador hidrogenado, y 2. alrededor del 3 hasta el 5% de la composición de materia prima de aceite de palma; C. alrededor del 0.5 hasta el 3% de emulsificadores, incluyendo. 1. alrededor 0.5 hasta el 0.8% de la composición de un monoglicérido. 2. alrededor del 0.01 hasta el 0.1% de la composición de un emulsificador aireante seleccionado del grupo formado por ésteres de ácido graso polioxietileno de alcoholes polihídricos, monoestearato sorbitano polioxietileno, ésteres poligliceroles de ácidos grasos mayores, y sus mezclas; D. alrededor del 0.05 hasta el 1.0% de un agente de viscosidad coloidal hidrofílico; y E. alrededor del 10 hasta el 20% de humedad, donde el espolvoreado tiene una densidad de alrededor de 0.75 hasta 0.95 g/cc.
