Abstract

A jelen találmány tárgyát előre meghatározott víztartalmú szárazállateledel előállítására szolgáló eljárás képezi. Az eljárásnakmegfelelően a száraz állateledel-elegyhez legalább 15 °C-osolvadáspontú, megfelelően legalább 20 °C-os olvadáspontú hidrofóbösszetevőben emulgeált víz emulzióját adják hozzá olyan mennyiségben,hogy az állateledel víztartalma elérje az előre meghatározott értéket.A száraz állateledel által tartalmazott összetevők őrlését követően azemulziót bármikor hozzáadhatják vagy az őrölt összetevőhöz vagy aszáraz állateledel-elegyhez a pelletizálást, az extrudálást vagy azexpandálást megelőzően vagy a pelletizálás, extrudálás vagy expandálásután, illetve az adagolás megjelölt időpontjainak kombinációjátalkalmazva.
