Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a composiciones y métodos para añadir sabor amargo a la cerveza y otras bebidas. La presente invención se refiere al uso de composiciones que comprenden compuestos que están presentes en extractos de lúpulo o en cerveza y resultan de procesos naturales que ocurren durante el procesamiento o almacenamiento (envejecimiento) del lúpulo o la cerveza. La presente invención se refiere además al uso de cantidades adecuadas de una composición que comprende humulinonas para añadir sabor amargo a la cerveza y otras bebidas.
