Abstract
RESUMEN El objeto de la presente invención es proporcionar un método de fitomejoramiento de una planta que tiene un color de flor azul con una técnica de control del desarrollo del color azul más sencilla que no requiere mecanismos complejos para el desarrollo del color azul que han sido previamente presentados y técnicas que reproducen dichos mecanismos. Se hace coexistir a las antocianinas basadas en delfinidina en las que las posiciones 3’ y 5’ del anillo B de antocianina se han glicosilado y los glicósidos de flavona o glucósidos de flavonol como copigmento en las células de un órgano floral, como los pétalos.
