Abstract
用于清洁由两个透明的、近于半球体并通过利用一凸缘机构将两半球体彼此连接以组成近于球形的、在其中容纳太阳光收集器件的圆顶盖的外表面的清洁器件。该清洁器件包括一由一边开口并为空心的矩形夹具连接到该凸缘机构的一部分;还包含一半圆形擦拭器,它可在该球形圆顶盖表面上移动以扫掠该表面;一驱动该擦拭器的电动机;一在擦拭器的内圆周表面上具有喷射出口的清洁用水通道;及一拉紧器件以用作将该擦洗器以恒定压力压向该球形圆顶盖表面上。
Description
本发明涉及用于清洁容纳有收集太阳光用的透镜系统的透明球形圆顶盖的设备。
本申请人早先曾提出过收集和传输太阳光能的设备。在该设备中,光纤的光接收端是放置在一菲湟耳透镜的焦点位置上。由透镜聚焦的太阳光被导入到光纤中并通过该光纤传输到任意需要应用该太阳光的地方。那些多个透镜和光纤被合并成一个象光线聚焦元件的元件以提高光的总能量。
一检测传感器搜索太阳的位置以用作使那些菲湟耳透镜总是面对太阳。由传感器产生的检测信号被传输到一控制电动机运转的控制单元以调节南北方向上的入射角,而且在东西方向上调节圆周上的一个点。
主要的光学元件被容纳在由丙烯酸脂类有机玻璃或其同类的材料制造的球形圆顶盖内。该球形圆顶盖包含一上半球形圆顶盖及一下半球形圆顶盖。该相应的球形圆顶盖彼此被具有几乎是该半球形圆顶盖的圆周界的连接凸缘所连接。
本发明的目的在于提供一用于清除附着在盖住该菲湟耳透镜的上半球形圆顶盖上的尘埃及污物的清洁设备,以达到在相应长时间内透过使用太阳光收集设备而有效而有效地收集太阳光的目的。
图1为适用于本发明的太阳光收集设备的适视图;
图2为说明按照本发明的球形圆顶盖清洁设备的一个实施例的结构图,其中图2a为该清洁设备的侧视图,而图2b为该清洁设备的顶视图;
图3为用于本发明的擦拭器上的拉紧器件的详细说明图。
图1示出一早先由本申请人提出的太阳光能收集和传输设备。在图1中光纤5的光接收端被放置在一菲湟耳透镜2的焦点位置。由透镜2聚焦的太阳光被导入到光纤5中并通过该光纤传输到一注意需要应用该太阳光的地方。那些多个透镜和光纤合并成一个象光线聚焦元件的元件以提高光的总能量。
一检测传感器3搜索太阳的位置以用作使那些菲湟耳透镜2总是面对太阳。由传感器3产生的检测信号被传输到一控制电动机4运转的控制单元6,以调节南北方向上的入射角而在东西方向上圆周上的一个总被一未示于图1中的仪器所调节。
主要的光学元件被容纳在由丙烯酸酯类有机玻璃或其同类的材料制造的球形圆顶盖内。该球形圆顶盖包含一上半球形圆顶盖1a及一下半球形圆顶盖1b。该相应的球形圆顶盖1a和1b彼此被一具有几乎是该半球形圆顶盖的圆周界的连接凸缘7所连接。
图2为示出按照本发明用以清洁一球形圆顶盖的清洁设备的一实施例的概要的说明图,其中图2a为该清洁设备的侧视图而图2b为该清洁设备的顶视图。在图2中,示于图1中的太阳光收集设备的内部机构被省略了。一擦拭器10通过环绕与连接凸缘7的直径重合的轴线X-X转动而滑动在上半球形圆顶盖1a上。
该转动是通过固定安装于用作夹持连接凸缘7的一边开口并为空心的矩形的金属夹具18上的电动机15来完成的。电动机15为直流减速电动机,安装在固定安装在金属夹具18的L字形的电动机金属安装夹具17上。电动机15的转轴16是直接地插入到未示于图2中的固定安装在擦拭器10上的连接金展夹具中,并连接到该夹具。另一方面,各钢缆20的一个端部被栓在擦拭器10的两个侧边,该钢缆20的另一端部则被栓在拉紧器件上,而该拉紧器件是安装在用于在连接凸缘7的直径上夹持连接凸缘7的一金属夹具19上。该拉紧器件由一对滑轮21及一对其中安装以弹簧的卷绕部件22,以这样的结构,保持着钢缆20的张力。
图3a示出该拉紧器件的使用情况。通过利用将钢缆20保持拉紧而以恒定压力将擦拭器10推向上半球形圆顶盖1a的表面。图3b示出擦拭器10离开上半球形圆顶盖1a的情况。
由金属制造的清洁用水通道11具有半径稍许大于上半球形圆顶盖1a的半径,该通道11被提供在擦拭器10的内表面以供清洁上半球形圆顶盖的表面之用。在清洁用水通道11上钻以对向上半球形圆顶盖1a的表面的喷出口23以供喷射清洁用水之用,而加压清洁液体(水)是通过入口14从未示于图2和3中的清洁液体(水)源导入擦拭器中。此外,清洁用水通道11通常是用作转动驱动擦拭器10的转动轴,而该通道11是枢轴支承于轴承部分12上并用密封机构13可转动的密封起来,此外,擦拭器10是由柔软的材料如橡胶、呢绒之类制成的,以避免圆顶盖1a的表面遭受损坏。
按照上述的结构,当从一未示于图2中的直流电源将电能供应到电动机15上,擦拭器10以一均匀的压力清洁该球形圆顶盖。此时,擦拭器10按照供应到电动机15的电流的方向所确定的极性沿如图2b所示的P或Q方向在圆顶盖的表面移动。必要时,将加压清洁液体(水)喷向圆顶盖的表面以清除在该表面上的尘埃或污物等。此外,即使那些尘埃或污物进入擦拭器10中,也可通过将擦拭器10从A位置提升到B位置上而轻易地将尘埃或污物清除掉。甚至在这样的情况下,清洁用水通道11是在固定的状态。
从前面叙述可知,通过在圆顶盖表面上可拆卸地安装按照本发明的圆顶盖状清洁器件即可总是保持该圆顶盖表面的清洁。因此,可防止能量损失,并且当擦拭器沿着P和Q方向在圆顶盖表面上移动时,从而使清洁器件可以最大效率工作。此外,按照本发明的清洁器件是轻便型的。在使用时,可将该两个一边开口并为空心的矩形的金属夹具18在将该金属夹具18用手把它们打开而增加夹具间的距离后与圆顶盖的连接凸缘部分牢固地连接起来。因此,将清洁器件与圆顶盖的组合或拆卸可以简化起来,而清洁器件也可轻易地操作起来。
Claims (1)
1.用于清洁由两个透明的、近于半球体并通过利用一凸缘机构将两半球体彼此连接以组成近于球形的、在其中容纳太阳光收集器件的圆顶盖的外表面的清洁器件,其特征在于该清洁器件包含一出一边开口并为空心矩形的固定部件组成,该部件能附装地并可拆卸地连接于所述凸缘机构的一部分,而所述清洁器件还包含一其转轴放置在沿所述球形圆顶盖的半球的圆周的直径方向上所述固定部件上的半圆形擦拭器,所述擦拭器可在所述球形圆顶盖表面上移动以扫掠所述表面;一具有驱动轴在所述转轴上的电动机以驱动所述擦拭器;一在所述擦拭器的内周界表面上具有喷射出口的清洁用水通道用以向所述喷射出口所面对的所述球形圆顶盖喷射加压清洁用水;及一拉紧器件以用作将所述擦拭器以恒定的压力压向所述球形圆顶盖表面上。
