Abstract

在借助电阻加热进行绝热管道套筒接头连接时,对其焊接过程进行控制的方法是:在通电期间不断地测量电阻丝的温度。在第二个测点处,测量二个电阻丝线圈之间焊池的温度。首先以电阻丝的最高温度作为加热功率的调节参数,接着以焊池温度作为加热功率的调节参数。

Description

本发明涉及一种以套筒连接绝热导管时,调节焊接过程的方法。在这种方法中,连接处用一个放置在外管末端的套筒接头套上,由塑料套筒接头与同样由塑料制成的外管端部焊接起来。在套筒接头和外管之间的空隙中设置了曲折或螺线形的一根或多根电阻丝。当电阻丝通过电流时,即可使套筒接头和外管上相互要焊接在一起的表面变为可焊的。表面的焊接是在加压、加热的条件下进行的。
从专利DE-GM    8204372已知一种绝热导管的套筒接头的连接方法。由塑料制成的外管的端部放上一个塑料套筒,这样,便可将外管的端部,套筒接头以及该接头的纵向缝隙焊接起来。焊接是通过曲折地安置于外管端部和套筒接头之间的电阻丝实现的。当电阻丝通电时,将邻近的表面熔化,由此可以在加压的条件下进行焊接。这种焊接方法会产生,例如由于焊接区的过热而使塑料产生裂缝的危险,从而使焊缝达不到要求。另一方面,在太低的温度下同样不能进行焊接。环境因素、例如风、环境温度、阳光等都会影响焊缝的温度。
本发明的任务在于,提供一种能消除环境因素的影响,并得到耐久、牢固焊缝的方法。
解决上述任务的措施为:在通电期间,不断地测量电阻丝的温度,同时测量两个相邻曲折迴绕的线圈之间,或两根相邻电阻丝之间中部的温度,这里,将电阻丝的温度限制为,使其不超过所规定的电阻丝最高温度,这一温度略低于塑料出现裂纹的温度,并将曲折迴绕的线圈之间或电阻丝之间区域内的焊接温度作为热功率的调节参数。由于本发明具有的特点,可保证塑料不会过热,并且在任何情况下,都可以使要焊接的表面进入可焊接状态。
焊接温度在至少10秒的时间内保持不变是十分有益的。如果焊接温度在30至180秒的时间内基本保持不变则更可靠。电阻丝的温度最好通过改变热功率进行调节,使电流强度从最大值连续地调低至对应于焊接温度的数值。实际上,将热功率迅速地调至最大值,并通过调低电流强度使电阻丝温度在一定的时间内几乎保持不变。在达到最高电阻丝温度后,熔池的温度被用来作为电流强度的调节参数,其中,可限制电阻丝的温度,使其不超过最大值。调节最好由微处理机进行。在焊接聚乙烯零件时,电阻丝最高温度为280℃,而焊接温度在140℃至160℃之间。
本发明还涉及实施上述方法的装置,它由一个焊接变压器和曲折迴绕于被焊接表面之间的电阻丝,或并排设置的电阻丝构成。电阻丝的端头与焊接变压器相连。在这种装置中安装了一个微处理机,它可以由两个测点控制,其中一个测点在电阻丝上,而另一个测点在焊接区域中的两个相邻电阻丝线圈之间,两个测点通过导线与微处理机相连。为了测量温度,最好采用一些热电偶。其中的一个热电偶与电阻丝相连并将热导入,最好采用钎焊或熔焊的方法相连。另一方法是将热电偶用夹子固定在电阻丝上。在电阻丝的测点与微处理机之间,最好安装一个电位隔离测量值放大器。这将能防止过高的电压损坏微处理机。特别在接头的直径很大的情况下,例如名义尺寸大于200毫米的远距离传热导管的连接接头,最好在焊池中装多个热电偶,这些热电偶应沿圆周均布。测量焊池的热电偶应固定在焊池外。这样便可以防止由于压力和塑料软化而使热电偶移位。由于热电偶移位,即测点到电阻丝的距离发生变化,会使焊池温度的测量不准确。基于同一原因,围绕焊池温度测点的曲折迴绕的电阻丝至少在三个点上,最好在它的弯曲部位用位于焊池外的固定件固定住。由此可保证能防止,由于压力使曲折迴绕的电阻丝在焊池内进行移动。
在应用螺线形围绕的电阻丝或多根在周向相互并排设置的电阻丝时,热电偶安装在两个相邻的线圈或电阻丝之间的中点上。
下面借助图1至图3示意给出的实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
图1中以1和2表示远距离传热导管的端部,该传热导管由输送介质的钢管(未示出)、隔热的泡沫塑料和塑料外套构成。这种远距离传热管道实际上是塑料包皮的管子,长度约为6米,在工地就地连接为管道。单根导管的内管在两端超出泡沫塑料层,以便于将两根导管焊接在一起。为了对这一焊接连接部分隔热,将塑料接头3以管状或塑料带的形式安放于焊接位置处。在图1中所示的是由塑料带制成的接头,塑料带带边4相互重迭地缠绕在焊接连接处,放在塑料包皮管1和2的端部。接头3可起到一种向介质管道和接头3之间所形成的环形间隙充填泡沫塑料的模子,同时用来防潮。接头3不仅与远距离传热导管1和2的塑料外套焊接在一起,而且在其重迭的带边4的区域也被焊接起来。为此将一根曲折迴绕排列的电阻丝14安放在要焊接的表面之间。该电阻丝通过导线5和6与焊接变压器7相连,而焊接变压器由电源、例如由电网供电。在焊接变压器7接通后,电流流过电阻丝,因此电阻丝被加热,并同时加热了与其相邻的塑料表面,使其进入可焊接状态。通过未详细说明的辅助装置作用于焊缝上一个压力,以使焊接的连接持久耐用。为了控制焊接过程,设置了两个测点8和9,测点之一,例如测点8用于测量电阻丝14的温度,另一测点9测量焊池的温度。测点8和9通过导线10和11与微处理机12相连。由微处理机调节加热功率。电阻丝14的温度调到最大值280℃,在聚乙烯的情况,焊接温度在140℃至160℃之间。
图2为接头内表面的俯视图。在接头3的要焊接的边缘部分,铣出一个槽13,在槽中曲折迴绕地放入用聚乙烯薄膜固定住的电阻丝14。测点8和9由热电偶构成,其中构成测点8的热电偶,例如用夹子15固定在电阻丝14上。测量焊池温度的测点9的热电偶位于两个曲折迴绕线圈之间,即可以得到最低温度的区域中。这一热电偶用夹子16固定在接头3上,而夹子16在槽13之外,即焊池之外。因此,测点9在焊接的温度下和应用压力的情况下都是被固定住的。电阻丝14同样用固定在接头3上、槽13之外的夹子17固定,而且最好在曲折迴绕的弯曲段固定住。这种固定方式是十分有利的,因为在达到焊接温度及施加压力的条件下,测点9与电阻丝14的距离能保持不变。
在图3中以三条曲线表示了焊接过程,其中曲线C表示加热功率、曲线A表示电阻丝温度、即测点8的值,而曲线B表示焊缝的温度、即测点9的温度。横坐标为时间。当接通焊接变压器时,加热功率将在极短的时间内升至最大值,然后根据需要进行调整。因此,曲线A,即电阻丝温度首先急剧上升。在电阻丝温度达到数值为280℃的最高温度后,加热功率即由测点8的测量值加以限制。曲线B上升得不像曲线A那么陡,因为测点9到其邻近的电阻丝线圈14的距离比较大。在达到焊接温度约150℃之后,加热功率调节为使测点9的温度在约30秒至50秒的时间内保持不变。在焊接过程结束后,微处理机12关闭焊接变压器7,而焊缝将缓慢地冷却下来。
本发明在这里以一种曲折迴绕的电阻丝作为实例加以描述,但在管道之间的环形间隙中沿周向呈螺线形排列电阻丝也是十分有利的。也可应用许多沿周向并排设置的电阻丝。测量熔池温度的热电偶安放在两个并排设置的线圈之间的中部。

Claims (15)

1、以套筒连接绝热导管时调节焊接过程的方法,在这种方法中,连接处用一个放置在外管末端的套筒接头套上,将由塑料制成的套筒接头之端部,与同样由塑料制成的外管焊接起来,在套筒接头和外管之间的空隙中设置了曲折迴绕或螺线形的一根或多根电阻丝,当电阻丝通过电流时,使接头和外管上相互要焊接在一起的表面,达到可焊接状态,表面的焊接是在加压、加热的条件下进行的,其特征为:在通电期间,不断地测量电阻丝的温度,同时测量两个相邻曲折回绕的线圈之间,或两根相邻电阻丝之间中部的温度,在这里,是这样限定电阻丝温度的,即不得超过一最大温度,该温度稍低于塑料出现裂纹的温度,并将曲折迴绕的线圈之间,或电阻丝之间区域内的焊接温度,作为加热功率的调节参数。
2、按照权利要求1所述的方法,其特征为:焊接温度至少在10秒内基本保持不变。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征为:焊接温度在30至180秒之间基本保持不变。
4、按照权利要求1至3中的一个或多个所述的方法,其特征为:通过改变加热功率以调节电阻丝温度,使电流强度连续地从最大值调低至相应于焊接温度的数值上。
5、按照权利要求1至4中的一个或多个所述的方法,其特征为:以熔化温度作为加热功率的调节参数,而电阻丝温度被限定在最大值上。
6、按照权利要求1至5中的一个或多个所述的方法,其特征为:通过微处理机进行调节。
7、按照权利要求1至6中的一个或多个的焊接聚乙烯零件的方法,其特征为:电阻丝最高温度为280℃,焊接温度在140℃至160℃之间。
8、实施权利要求1至7中的一个或多个所述的方法的装置,它由一个焊接变压器和曲折迴绕于被焊接表面之间的电阻丝或并排设置的电阻丝构成,它们的端头连接到焊接变压器上,其特征为:在这种装置中安装了微处理机(12),它可以由两个测点(8、9)实现控制,其中一个测点在电阻丝(14)上,而另一个测点在焊接区域中的两个相邻电阻丝(14)的线圈之间,两个测点(8、9)通过导线(11、12)与微处理机(12)相连。
9、按照权利要求8所述的装置,其特征为:在测点(8、9)上设置了热电偶。
10、按照权利要求9所述的装置,其特征为:热电偶之一与电阻丝(14)以能导热方式连接起来,最好与电阻丝钎焊或熔焊在一起。
11、按照权利要求9所述的装置,其特征为:热电偶之一用夹子(15)与电阻丝(14)连接起来。
12、按照权利要求8至11中的一个或多个所述的装置,其特征为:在电阻丝(14)上的测点(8)和微处理机(12)之间,安装了一个电位隔离测量值放大器。
13、按照权利要求8至12中的一个或多个所述的装置,其特征为:在焊池中装有多个热电偶。
14、按照权利要求8至13中的一个或多个所述的装置,其特征为:测量焊池温度的热电偶,固定在焊池外。
15、按照权利要求8至14中的一个或多个所述的装置,其特征为:围绕焊池温度测点的曲折迴绕的电阻丝,至少在三个点,最好在弯曲的部分用位于焊池外的固定元件(17)固定住。
