Claims (15)
- 절연출력파이프에 대한 접속슬리브의 제조시, 접속장소가 외부관 위에 놓여진 슬리브에 의해 덮개가 벗기워질때 및 합성물질로부터 제조한 말단부를 구비한 슬리브가 역시 합성물질로부터 제조된 외부관과 용접되어질때, 그때마다 슬리브와 외부관 사이의 틈새속으로 저항도선들이 나사모양 또는 나선형으로 형성되게끔 저항도선들이 반입되고, 상기 도선들은 전류가 흐를때 서로 용접된 슬리브의 표면과 외부관이 용접에 알맞은 상태로 되고, 면의 용접이 압력과 열하에서 일어날시 상기 용접의 조정을 위한 방법에 있어서, 전류가 흐르는 동안 저항도선들의 온도를 항구적으로 측정하고, 동시에 두개의 인접한 나사형 ㅗ일 내지 두개의 서로 경과되는 저항도선을 사이에서 온도를 측정하고, 그때 도선온도가 경계를 짓게되어 합성물질의 최대온도가 짧은 하구에 위치되는 도선의 최고온도를 초과하지 않게끔 나사형코일 내지는 저항도선들 사이에 있는 범위내의 용접통온도를 가열출력에 대한 규칙으로서 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 용접온도가 최소한 10초 동안 유지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 용접온도가 30초와 180초 사이에서 거의 변함없이 유지되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 도선온도가 가열 출력의 변화에 의해 조정되어지며, 그 가운데 전류속도는 끊임없이 최대치에 용접온도에의 상응값으로 하강조절 되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 가열출력 조정을 위해 용해물 온도가 사용되어지고, 최대치 위에서 도선온도는 경계를 이루게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 마이크로프로세서를 통해 조정이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연출력파이프용 접속물의제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌으로 부터의 분리에 의한 용접에 대해 280℃와 최고 도선온도와, 140와 160℃ 사이의 용접온도가 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 용접변압기와 말단부가 용접변압기와 결합되어 있는 용접된 표면에서 사용된 저항도선들에 대해, 마이크로프로세서(12)를 연결했고, 두개의 측정위치(8,9)를 통해 조정될 수 있으며, 그때마다 저항도선(14)과 두개의 서로 인접한 저항도선의 코일들 사이에 있는 다른 도선은 용접장소의 영역내에 놓여있고, 마이크로프로세서(12)를 구비한 출력(11,12)에 대한 두 측정위치는 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 측정위치(8,9) 옆에 열전지를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 저항도선(14)을 갖는 열전지가 열전도하도록 접속되고, 특히 백납으로 이어지거나 용접되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 저항도선(14)을 갖고 있는 열전지가 잠금고리(15)에 의해 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제11항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 저항도선 옆에 있는 측정위치(8)과 마이크로프로세서(12) 사이에 분리가능한 측정치 증폭장치가 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제12항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 좀더 많은 열전지들이 용접통내에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제13항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 용접통 온도가 측정된 열전지가 용접통의 외부에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.
- 제 8 항 내지 제 14 항 중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 용접통 온도를 위한 측정위치가 주어진 굴곡이 최소한 세개의 점옆에, 특히 굴곡커어브 범위내에서, 용접통의 외부에 높여진 고정요소(17)를 통해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 절연 출력파이프용 접속물의 제조시 용접공정의 조정방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
