Abstract
PURPOSE: To eliminate the anxiety such as disengagement of weld zones, etc. even in high temperature use and make possible stable plasma welding by setting the plasma torch position at a specific value with the end of a bent lead-out lead wire as a reference.
CONSTITUTION: A platinum wire 2 being an electrode wire is buried in a thermistor element 1 and the platinum wire 2 and a lead-out lead wire 3 composed of SUS are superposed. The electrical and mechanical connection of the platinum wire 2 and lead wire 3 is accomplished by welding the weld zone 5 by resistance type spot welding. Thereafter, the end of the lead wire 3 is bent square, then with the center at its end as a reference, the position of a plasma torch is set at 0 to 0.5 mm on the side opposite from the thermistor element 1 on the axis of the lead wire 3, 0 mm in the direction rectangular to the axial direction of the lead wire and 0.5 mm in the height direction, in which state plasma welding is performed. This eliminates anxiety such as of the disconnection of the weld zone or other and enables the stable plasma welding to be accomplished.
