Abstract

Description

这是一项关于可转动的鼓轮传动装置的发明,例如回转窑或轧管机,在鼓轮上安装有齿轮辋,并且齿轮辋在径向与鼓轮相分离,鼓轮的外圈利用挠性的联接方式联接着齿轮辋。
齿轮辋通过挠性的联接方式安装在可转动的鼓轮上,使鼓轮的不圆度得到补偿,并且避免诸如热的缘故使鼓轮产生变形,而引起在齿轮辋上增加负荷,这些都是众所周知的。
从美国专利申请US-A-2999396中可以了解到,在齿轮辋通过片簧与回转窑相联接的方式中,片簧的一端固定在齿轮辋上,另一端则固定在鼓轮上。
从德国专利申请DE-A-2604425的图1中可以知道在轧管机的外圆与齿轮辋之间的挠性联接中包括一个与轧管机同心的管状零件,这个管状零件在径向与轧管机的外圆和齿轮辋分离开,并且一端与轧管机,另一端与齿轮辋弹性地相联接,这种弹性的联接的目的也是为了补偿轧管机体的不圆度,并以此来避免由于热变形而引起在齿轮辋上增加负荷。
但是,现在还没有一种挠性的联接方式适合于将斜齿轮转动中的轴向力传递给鼓轮。斜齿轮在转动中比起直齿轮具有一个优越的方面,那就是在传动相同的扭矩时,有可能将齿轮辋做得相当窄。但是这种作用在已知传动装置的齿轮辋上的轴向负荷,会使齿轮辋产生倾斜。其结果造成齿轮辋与其啮合的齿轮之间的线接触变为点接触,因此大大增加了齿轮局部的磨损。
本发明的目的就是要克服上述已知传动装置中的不利方面。根据本发明,一个鼓轮装置包括一个可以转动的鼓轮和一个在径向与鼓轮相分离,用挠性联接方式与鼓轮外圈相联接的齿轮辋,其特征在于齿轮辋的齿是斜齿;挠性联接部分为一个圆锥台形的壳体,壳体窄小的一端,其直径与鼓轮外圆的直径相当,并且固定在鼓轮的外圈上。壳体宽大的一端,其直径与齿轮辋的直径相当,并且固定在齿轮辋的一个侧面上。壳体从它的联接处延伸到齿轮辋其方向正好在壳体受到压力的方向上,这个压力是由齿轮辋上的斜齿与相啮合的齿轮啮合工作时所产生的。在齿轮辋的另一侧,有一个加强环,与相对的一侧上的壳体在径向上具有相同的刚性,同时与鼓轮相分离。
与已知的其它挠性联接相比较,圆锥台形的壳体组成一个非常简单而且牢固的结构,对鼓轮的不圆度给予补偿,鼓轮的热变形也不会给齿轮辋产生明显的负荷,并且能够把齿轮辋上斜齿工作时所产生的很大的轴向力传递到鼓轮上。
加强环确保齿轮辋的轴心线在径向力和轴向力的共同作用下,始终与鼓轮的轴心线保持平行,所以使得齿轮辋上的齿与驱动齿轮的齿保持线接触。
齿轮辋与圆锥台形壳体及加强环可用焊接的方式分别连接,但是将圆锥台形壳体和加强环分别用螺栓固定在齿轮辋的两个侧面上相同支承的表面上是更为方便的,并且齿轮辋因此可以掉换方向利用。当磨损发生在齿的一个侧面时,可将齿轮辋的两侧面轻易地掉换,并直接把圆锥台形壳体和加强环固定上。
下面通过举例的方式,参照附图对本发明作一详细论述。附图为通过鼓轮装置的轴向截面图。
如图所示,鼓轮1,例如一个回转窑或一个轧管机,由具有斜齿12的齿轮辋3驱动绕轴2转动,驱动的方式是已知的,当驱动时一个作用于齿轮辋上的轴向力,如箭头4所指。齿轮辋3是由一个未被示出的齿轮以已知的传动方式驱动的。
齿轮辋3是通过一个环绕着鼓轮的,圆锥台形壳体5联接在鼓轮1上,圆锥台形壳体的窄面一端的直径与鼓轮外圆的直径相当,用螺栓通过壳体上的凸缘6和鼓轮上的凸缘7把两者固定起来。
壳体5的宽面一端,紧靠并且固定在齿轮辋3的侧面上,面朝着由于斜齿轮的作用产生的,如箭头4所指的,齿轮辋承受的作用力方向。在壳体5的这一端上,如图所示,有一个凸缘8,与齿轮辋3用螺栓固定。
在齿轮辋的相反的侧面上,用螺栓固定了一个加强环9。
在齿轮辋的两侧面上分别形成凹进去的止口平面10和11,在其上布置了安装圆锥台形壳体的凸缘8和加强环9的螺孔,两侧面的止口是一致的。因此,在齿轮辋的齿经过一定的磨损之后,装在齿轮辋上的壳体和加强环可以被取下,掉转齿轮辋的两个侧面,然后再把凸缘8和加强环9用螺栓固定在齿轮辋上。
圆锥台形壳体5在齿轮辋3和鼓轮1之间构成了一个径向的挠性联接,避免由于鼓轮的不圆度和鼓轮的热变形给齿轮辋3增加负荷。
加强环9的作用是在壳体5不能完全补偿可能的变形的情况下,保证齿轮辋3的轴线与鼓轮的轴线相平行。从而保证了齿轮辋上的齿与驱动齿轮的齿在啮合时保持理想的线接触。

Claims (2)

1、一种鼓轮装置包括一个可转动鼓轮(1)和一个齿轮辋(3),齿轮辋是由一个挠性的联接件(5)安装在鼓轮的外圈,并且齿轮辋与鼓轮在径向彼此分离开,其特征是齿轮辋(3)具有斜齿(12),挠性联接是一个圆锥台形的壳体(5),其窄面的一端的直径与鼓轮外圆的直径相当,并且固定在鼓轮的外圆上,壳体(5)宽面的一端的直径与齿轮辋的直径相当,并且固定在齿轮辋的一个侧面上;壳体从鼓轮的联接处延伸到齿轮辋,在齿轮辋被传动中,处于由于斜齿的作用对壳体产生压力的方向上;在齿轮辋的另一个侧面上,有一个加强环(9),也与鼓轮相分离,与圆锥台形壳体一样在径向具有相同的刚性。
2、按照权利要求1中的装置,其特征是壳体(5)和加强环(9)分别用螺栓固定在齿轮辋两个相对侧面上的相同的止口平面上(10,11),因此,齿轮辋(3)可以被掉换方向使用。
