Abstract

在具有电动机(驱动缝纫机用的)旋转指令开关,压布脚(压缝制物用的)和压布脚上升开关(给出压布脚上升指令)14的缝纫机中,由于在机头的机针附近设置了当压布脚上升开关动作时使旋转指令开关的指令无效的电路,因此当操作者的手伸到机针附近或压布脚上升时,即使在误触动旋转指令开关的情况下,电动机也不旋转,从而提高了缝纫机操作的安全性。

Description

缝纫机控制装置
本发明涉及控制电动缝纫机的缝纫机控制装置。
工业用缝纫机通常用脚踏开关控制电动机旋转,靠这个动力进行缝制。又为补缝或缝一针还在缝纫机头上设置了补缝开关。
这种现有装置有个缺点,在给机针穿线时,如果手碰触了机头上的补缝开关,可能使此开关接通而开始补缝动作。另外,为改变缝制位置而使布平移或转动时,是在电动机停转后抬起压布脚进行操作的,如果这时布或操作者的手碰触了补缝开关,则在压布脚抬起的状态下也会开始补缝动作,这也是一个缺点。
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题以得到安全的缝纫机控制装置。
为了克服这样的缺点,本发明设置了能给出压布脚上升指令的开关,以及在压布脚上升期间由此开关的输出信号使旋转指令开关的指令无效的装置。
附图表示本发明的实施例的电路图。
图中1是补缝开关,14是发出压布脚上升指令的压布脚上升开关,15是脚踏开关,16和17是逻辑电路,18是反相器,19是控制部分,20是晶体管,21~23是电阻,24是控制压布脚升降的螺管线圈,25是或门。对于控制部分19,当端子19a上加有“O”电平信号时,端子19b输出补缝指令信号;当端子19c上加有“O”电平信号时,端子19d输出作保持用的“l”电平信号;当端子19c上加有“l”电平信号时,端子19d输出“O”电平信号。
这样构成的装置的操作如下:当压布脚上升开关14关断时,也就是压布脚在下方时,控制部分19的端子19c是“l”电平,端子19d输出“O”电平信号。如果此时补缝开关l处于接通状态,则逻辑电路16就输出“O”电平信号,控制部分19的端子19b便向驱动部分(图中未画出)输出补缝指令信号,进行补缝操作。
当为了改变缝制部位而使布平移或转动时,在压布脚上升开关14接通后,控制部分19的端子19c上得到“O”电平信号,端子19d输出“l”电平信号,晶体管20导通,使螺管线圈24得电,压布脚上升,并保持上升状态。这时由于布不被压布脚压住,操作者可使布平移或移到任何位置。
如果这时布或操作者的手误触补缝开关l,补缝开关便将执行补缝操作的指令“O”电平信号加到逻辑电路16的一个输入端上。由于这时控制部分19的端子19d输出“l”电平信号,因此这个信号加到逻辑电路16的另一输入端上。从而补缝开关l给出的“O”电平信号不能加到控制部分19,即使补缝开关l误接通,也没有进行补缝的危险。
另外,使缝纫机机针上升或剪线、居中、加速等是通过改变脚踏开关15的操作方向来选定的。因此在使机针上升或剪线而脚踏开关15给出“O”电平信号时,试看一下此时补缝开关l误接通的情况,那时脚踏开关15给出“O”电平信号经反相器18反相,“l”电平信号加到逻辑电路16的一个输入端上,即使补缝开关l误接通,补缝信号也不会加到控制部分19上。此外,反相器18的信号也加到逻辑电路17的一个输入端上,使得脚踏开关15踏动时,压布脚不可能上升。
以上的实施例是用电路进行处理的例子,然而也可采用与压布脚联动的机械方法进行处理。
本发明是在压布脚上升开关给出压布脚上升指令时封锁电动机的旋转控制,使缝纫机在此期间不运转,因此具有保证操作安全性的效果。

Claims (1)

1、由旋转开关的指令进行电动机旋转控制和由压布脚上升开关的指令进行压布脚升降控制的缝纫机控制装置,其特征在于控制装置设置了当压布脚上升开关执行压布脚上升的控制时,能使旋转指令开关的指令无效的装置。
