Description

本发明涉及一种具有机械停车制动执行器的盘式制动器。

双肘节机械停车执行器36有一对由钢缆带动旋转的杠杆臂70。U形保持器80把钢缆端92和杠杆臂72固定在一起,消除了以前用于把钢缆固定于杠杆臂的挂钩销子支架(参见申请系列号576,512)。结果,在杠杆臂70的静止位置和支架60之间的距离“B”被大大地减小,因为挂钩销子支架不再位于杠杆臂和支架60之间。因此,杠杆臂更靠近支架,这减小了盘式制动停车卡盘总成对宽度和空间的要求。
图4展示了把钢缆90连接于杠杆臂端72的另一种方法。销子100通过杠杆臂开口73延伸。并由楔销或销子76维持定位,销子100具有接受钢缆90的端部92的腔102,而由弯曲元件紧靠销子100。销子100对维持钢缆与杠杆臂的连接提供了很紧固和可靠的方法。
