Description

具有停车制动保持装置的盘式制动器
本发明涉及一种具有机械停车制动执行器的盘式制动器。

本发明的目的在于提供一个带有装在一个单独停车制动箱体内的停车执行机构的盘式制动器,该单独停车制动箱体能容易地装在钳体上也能方便地从该钳体上拆下,而且所述的制动箱体可以用轻质材料和以较小的尺寸制成。
本发明包括带有机械停车执行器的盘式制动器,该盘式制动器具有与至少一个摩擦片(垫片)连动的钳体总成,用于使摩擦片(垫片)与转子接合,钳体总成包括一个能容纳一个活塞总成的腔的钳体,该活塞总成能在该腔内移动使摩擦片(垫片)与转子接合;一个其上有开口并和上述钳体连接使该开口与该腔对准的停车制动箱体,为了封闭钳体箱一端的开口,该开口内设置有插塞装置,一个设置在上述开口和腔内的机械停车执行器,末端封闭装置靠紧并延伸过停车制动箱体的末端;多个固定装置,其中每个的一端固定在钳体箱上,另一端固定在末端封闭装置上,这样,该末端封闭装置和固定装置一起接受施加在插塞装置上的反作用力并直接把该力传递给钳体箱。机械停车执行器包括一对通过钢缆移动的杠杆,由保持器或销子把钢缆和该杠杆相应端部固定在一起,这样杠杆就与钢缆一起移动。
本发明的一个优点在于,由于停车制动箱体用如下方法与钳体连接,即该制动箱体不把当机械停车执行器工作时产生的反作用力施加到钳体上,也就是说停车制动箱体不承受反作用力,因此它可以由轻得多的材料做成,而且其结构也可以较小。
本发明的另一个优点在于,由于本发明是以停车制动箱体不承受反作用力的方法把停车制动箱体固定在钳体总成上,因此本发明所提供的停车制动箱体能容易地安装和卸下。

双肘节机械停车执行器36有一对由铜缆带动旋转的杠杆臂70。U形保持器80把钢缆端92和杠杆臂72固定在一起,消除了以前用于把钢缆固定于杠杆臂的挂钩销子支架(参见申请系列号576,512)。结果,在杠杆臂70的静止位置和支架60之间的距离“B”被大大地减小,因为挂钩销子支架不再位于杠杆臂和支架60之间。因此,杠杆臂更靠近支架,这减小了盘式制动停车卡盘总成对宽度和空间的要求。
图4展示了把钢缆90连接于杠杆臂端72的另一种方法。销子100通过杠杆臂开口73延伸。并由楔销或销子76维持定位,销子100具有接受钢缆90的端部92的腔102,而由弯曲元件紧靠销子100,销子100对维持钢缆与杠杆臂的连接提供了很紧固和可靠的方法。

Claims (9)

1、一种具有停车制动保持装置的盘式制动器包括:
一个钳体总成(12,14,16),该总成包括具有腔(14)的钳体(12)和可在腔(14)中移动而使摩擦垫片(18)与转子(20)接合的活塞(16);
一个停车制动箱体(30),该箱体具有腔(34),该腔(34)与钳体(12)连接并与钳体(12)的腔(14)对准;
一个机械执行器(36),该机械执行器配置在腔(34)中以机械方式推动上述活塞(16),并包括一对杠杆(70);
