Abstract

揭示了一种活塞式的致冷压缩机。一个加压缸壳体中设有一个缸体,缸体的一个端部里有若干加压缸。缸体的一个端面由缸盖通过密封垫及配流盘装置盖闭。缸体的一个端面上形成一个圆形凹陷,密封在缸体和配流盘装置之间的密封垫基本放在凹陷里。因此可以防止密封垫向外膨胀。

Description

本发明有关往复式活塞致冷压缩机,具体有关密封垫放置的构造,密封垫放在加压缸缸体和缸盖之间的配流盘的两侧,以取得密封。
参见图3及图4,图示在传统压缩机上安放密封垫的构造。配流盘1通过密封垫3,和缸体2的一个端面连接。配流盘1的另一个端面,通过密封垫5和缸盖4连接。当活塞作往复运动时,把致冷剂从吸入腔7,通过在配流盘1上形成的吸入孔71,送入压缩缸6。在压缩缸6中压缩的致冷剂气体,通过在配流盘1上形成的排出孔81,排进排出腔8。
因此,缸体2,密封垫3,5,配流盘1和缸盖4都在压缩机中平行放置。因此,压缩气体造成的压力一般在密封垫上作用。
在上述的压缩机中,假如一般由液体压缩造成的高压,在放在缸体和配流盘之间的密封垫上作用,密封垫便向外膨胀,最后被损坏。
本发明的一个主要目的是提出一种改进的致冷压缩机,对现有的压缩机稍微修改便可提高它的使用寿命。
本发明的另一个目的,是提出一种致冷压缩机,防止密封垫的损坏。
在本发明中,有一个前壳体;一个内有一个缸体的壳体,缸体内有若干加压缸;有在加压缸中往复活动的活塞;有一个吸入孔和一个排出孔的配流盘,和各个加压缸及缸盖对应。配流盘通过分别放在其两侧的密封垫,放在缸体外端面和一个缸盖的一个端面之间。有一个在缸体的一个端面上形成的圆形凹陷,放置密封垫。
本发明的其他目的,特点和其他方面,从下文对理想实施方案的详细叙述,并参考附图,便可有所了解。
图1是本发明的致冷压缩机的剖视图。

参看图1及2,根据本发明所提出的一个致冷压缩机中有一个圆柱形的壳体10,其中有缸体11,前壳体12和缸盖13。壳体10的内部形成一个缸体11和前壳12之间的曲轴腔14。放在曲轴腔14里转子15,固定安装在驱动轴16的内端上。驱动轴16从前壳12的中心部分上穿出,并通过诸如滚针轴承17之类的轴承,以可转动的方式,支承在前壳12上。转子15也通过滚针止推轴承18,支承在前壳12的内表面上。斜盘19通过滚针止推轴承20,放置在转子15的倾斜表面15a上。斜盘19用放置在支承件22一端上的钢球21,以不可旋转的方式支承。
支承件22有体干部分22a,其一端有一个轴向孔22b,体干部分22a的另一端部上有一个伞齿轮部分22c,其中心处有容放钢球21的球座。把体干部分22a插入在缸体11上形成的轴向孔23中,支持支承件22可作轴向滑动,但不能作旋转。用键和键槽(图未示)防止支承件22转动。螺簧24放在支承件22的轴向孔22b中,螺簧24的外端和螺纹件25接触,因此体干部分22a被推向斜盘19。支承件22的伞齿轮部分22c和安装在斜盘19上的伞齿轮26啮合,从而防止斜盘转动。钢球21放在在伞齿轮部分22c中心上形成的球座内,也放在伞齿轮26的中心部分上形成的球座内,从而斜盘19支持在钢球21上可以俯垂摆动而不能旋转。
缸体11在它里面有若干轴向的压缩缸27形成,缸内有滑动密配合的活塞28。每一个活塞28通过活塞杆29和斜盘19连接。斜盘19和活塞杆29的一端的连接,以及活塞28和活塞杆29的另一端的连接,都通过球窝接头机构。
在缸体11的另一端上放置缸盖13,用螺栓30和缸体固定。在缸体11的外端面上,有圆形的凹陷形成。凹陷11a的深度等于或略小于密封垫31的轴向厚度,使密封垫可以稳定地放在凹陷里。密封垫31放在凹陷11a里,通过将配流盘32和缸体11的外端紧固,使密封垫位置固定。
缸盖13中设置一个吸入腔34和排出腔35,中间用隔壁131间隔。配流盘组合件36中有配流盘32,有吸入孔37和吸入腔34及相应的缸27连接,排出孔38和排出腔35及相应的缸27连接;有吸入片簧阀39;排出片簧阀40;抑制排出片簧阀40过度变形的止动板41;和把吸入片簧阀39,排出片簧阀40,及止动板41固定在配流盘32上的螺栓及螺母。缸盖13,利用螺栓30,通过配流盘组合件36和密封垫33,固定在缸11的端面上。于是压缩机的内部密封。
在压缩机运转时,驱动轴16用任何适当的动力源,例如汽车发动机等驱动。转子15随驱动轴16旋转,因而斜盘19可以根据转子15的斜表面15a的旋转,在钢球21上俯垂摆动。斜盘19的俯垂摆动促使相应的活塞28往复运动。因此致冷剂气体在每一个缸内被反复抽空和压缩。致冷剂气体通过连接在进口孔43和出口孔44之间的冷却回路循环,进口孔43和出口孔44设置在缸盖13上,分别和吸入腔34及排出腔35连接。
对本发明已在上文中联系理想实施方案作了叙述,只作为举例而已,而非对发明有所限制。凡擅长本技术者不难理解,在后附的权利要求书所确定的本发明的范围内,作出各种修改和变化是很容易的。

Claims (2)

1、一个致冷压缩机中有一个压缩机壳体,在上述压缩机壳体内安装一个缸体,其中有若干按等角距离放置的缸,有若干活塞,可分别在相应的上述缸内密配合滑动,一个缸盖通过一个配流装置,固定放置在上述缸体的一个端面上,密封垫放置在上述缸体的端面和上述配流盘装置之间,以及上述配流盘装置和上述缸盖之间,取得相互间的密封,改进之处在于在上述缸体的一个端面上形成一个圆形的凹陷,放在上述缸体和上述配流盘装置之间的一个密封垫,放在上述凹陷内。
2、如权利要求第1项中之致冷压缩机,特征为上述凹陷的深度,等于或略小于上述密封的厚度。
