Abstract

一种往复式发动机,特别是柴油机的十字头活塞销轴承,该轴承由在润滑油路的油压下供给的润滑油润滑。在轴承上(12,15,17,18)设置至少两个润滑凹槽(20,21,25,26,29,30,31,32,33,34,35),凹槽沿轴承表面延伸并与润滑油路(12,15,17,18)相连通。

Description

本发明有关往复式发动机,特别是柴油机的十字头活塞销轴承。该轴承由在润滑油路的油压下供给的润滑油来润滑。
这种轴承已为公知。例如,在瑞士专利说明书(No540442)中,在轴承的一部分上设有一些润滑油孔,直接通向轴承表面,并与润滑油路相连通。这种先有技术的轴承的缺点是,相距很近的油孔间断了油压的建立,因此产生了多个“压力波峰”,相应地增大了轴承表面的载荷,并使材料过早地疲劳破坏。
本发明的目的是为了改进前面所说的这种十字头活塞销轴承,以降低材料的疲劳破坏,延长轴承的使用寿命。
根据本发明,上述先有技术的轴承中所存在的问题是由权利要求1所述的特征解决的,即提出了一种用于往复式发动机的,特别是柴油机的十字头活塞销轴承,在该轴承上设置至少两个润滑凹槽,该凹槽沿轴承表面延伸并与润滑油路相连通。其余的从属权利要求是有关对上述轴承的进一步有利的改进。
因此,在所说的两个润滑凹槽之间产生了一个连续的“油压波峰”,而且其最大幅值比先有技术的轴承的相应值小得多。由此,轴承在给定尺寸的表面上的承载能力提高。无间断的压力波峰的横向梯度的减小降低了轴承材料的载荷并且由此在改善轴承材料的疲劳方面提高了可靠性。
下面参照附图中的实施方案进一步详细叙述本发明。

图3a表示在图3中的轴承内的油压建立的情况;

图4至图8表示图3中的轴承的几种变型。
如图1所示的柴油机十字头活塞销轴承,用已知方法与活塞杆连接,并包括一个空心活塞销2,一个轴承壳3和连杆4。按已知的方法在轴承壳3内设置轴瓦5,轴瓦5有用轴承材料制成的轴承表面6。盖10在销2的端部挡住销的内孔8。轴承壳3通过孔5,用已知的方法与润滑油路相连通,该油路中设有泵13。其连接方式为已知的活动连接,例如,可用活节式的管子或挠性软管。
润滑油通过孔15进入圆周槽17。径向孔18,19与槽17相连通,并沿伸到在轴瓦5的轴承表面6上的两个凹槽20,21内。从孔18,19进来的润滑油流入这两个凹槽20,21。润滑油按已知的方式从凹槽沿轴向向外泵出并流入油底壳或流回油泵。
从图3可知,沿轴承表面6延伸的凹槽20,21大致位于靠边的区域,凹槽20,21相互间隔的分离角α最小为40°(见图2)。
从图3a可知,在凹槽20,21之间的“压力波峰”值24是连续的,而其最大幅度A相对有所降低。而在图36中所示的先有技术的结构中,在润滑油孔20′之间有很多“压力波峰”产生,并且其最大幅度A′很大。
而且,图3a的压力梯度的斜率S比图3b中相应的值S′小得多,其结果是降低了轴承的应力。
在图4中所示的实施方案中,润滑油凹槽25,26带有凹状或凸状的曲边27,28。
在图5中所示的实施方案中,润滑凹槽29为三角形轮廊。
在图6中所示的实施方案中,润滑凹槽30,为半圆形或椭圆形轮廊。
在图7中所示的实施方案中,润滑凹槽32为U型截面轮廊,该U型的两个臂36朝向轴承表面的边缘37。
最后,图8为图3实施方案的一种变型,它带有三个矩形润滑凹槽34,35,36。

Claims (8)

1、一种往复式发动机,特别是柴油机的十字头活塞销轴承,该轴承由在润滑油路的油压下供给的润滑油润滑,其特征是在轴承上设置至少两个润滑凹槽(20,21,25,26,29,30,31,32,33,34,35),该凹槽沿轴承表面(6)延伸并与润滑油路(12,15,17,18)相连通。
2、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽(20,21;25,26;29;30,31;32;33,34,35)之间的角度至少为大约40°。
3、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是至少一个润滑凹槽(20,21;25,26;30,31;33,34,35)位于轴承表面(6)的边缘区域(37)内。
4、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽(20,21;32;33,34,35)为矩型轮廊。
5、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽(25,26;30,31)的轮廊至少有一个凹状或凸状的曲边(27,28)。
6、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽(30,31)为半圆形或椭圆轮廊。
7、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽29为三角形轮廊。
8、根据权利要求1的轴承,其特征是润滑凹槽32为U型截面轮廊,该U型的两个臂36朝向轴承表面(6)的边缘(37)。
