Abstract

以原醇制取原酯的方法属于有机化学酯化反应,适合于原醇的酯化。
本发明采用了一种Y—型分子筛催化剂以代替常用的醋酸钠催化剂,使乙酐与通式为R(CH3)2COH(R为碳原子数1—9的烃基)的原醇酯化合成原酯。其中Y—型分子筛催化剂的用量为原醇重量的0.8~3%,乙酐与原醇的重量比为1~2。
用本发明的方法制作的酯化产品纯度高,具有叶香、果香及玫瑰、茉莉气息,是极其有用的食用、化妆等加香产品的原料。

Description

本发明旨在以新法制取原酯,该方法属于有机化学酯化反应,对原醇的酯化尤为适合。
原醇酯化一般以醋酸钠为催化剂,如CA、34:78594报道的方法,使乙酐与二甲基苯乙基原醇酯化而合成乙酸二甲基苯乙基原酯,该方法中乙酐与原醇的配比大,原料消耗大,分离过程中要形成糊状物难以处理。
本发明的目的在于采用一种新的催化剂以代替常用的醋酸钠催化剂,降低原料配比,易于分离操作,减少环境污染。
本发明采用y-型分子筛为催化剂,使乙酐与通式为R(CH32COH(R为碳原子数1-9的烃基)的原醇酯化,合成原酯。其中y-型分子筛催化剂的用量可为原醇重量的0.8~3%,乙酐与原醇的重量比可为1~2。
本发明的特点在于采用了用量少的、无毒的y-型分子筛为催化剂,以代替用量大的醋酸钠催化剂,使乙酐与原醇的重量配比可由原来的7∶1降至1∶1~2∶1,同时在反应过程中不产生糊状物,反应物清晰便于分离,减小了环境污染,提高了产品质量。
本发明的实施例为,以二甲基苯乙基原醇在y-型分子筛催化剂存在下,与乙酐酯化制取乙酸二甲基苯乙基原酯。其具体做法是:

步骤:在250ml三颈瓶中加入40克二甲基苯乙基原醇及58ml乙酐及0.3~0.5克y-型分子筛。装上回流冷凝管,回流2小时,反应毕,使温度降至70℃以下,倒入80ml甲基作萃取溶剂,待温度降至近室温时倒入冰水中,然后将有机层分出,并用冰水及5%NaHCO35ml左右各洗一次,至近中性,用K2CO3/KOH干燥,产品减压蒸馏,得36.6克B、P:136-138℃/17mmHg n26 d1.4862,得率73%。香气,叶香和果香,兼有玫瑰、茉莉气息。
该酯化产品纯度较高,是以往酸类、盐类催化剂的制取方法无法比拟的,该方法对香料、医药类产品特别适用。

Claims (3)

1、一种以通式为R(CH3)2COH(R为碳原子数1-9的烃基)的原醇,与乙酐在催化剂存在下酯化合成原酯的方法,其特征是以y-型分子筛为催化剂。
2、按照权利要求1所说的方法,其特征是y-型分子筛催化剂的用量为原醇重量的0.8~3%。
3、按照权利要求1、2所说的方法,其特征是乙酐与原醇的重量比为1~2。
