Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种气液连锁分离式除雾设备,包括塔体、塔体外的沉降室、塔体中带中心盲板及导向圈的离心脱水器;在离心脱水器的中心盲板上方有一个带上下锥面的导流锥,所述上下两圆锥面之间以大底径面相邻;在该导流锥的上方有折板除雾器,该除雾器由围圈和固定在围圈中的诸多折板组成,每折板均折成带有V型集液槽的钩状;在折板除雾器的上方,于塔体顶部沿内壁设有一阻液环。本实用新型在烟气饱和后脱水率高达97%以上,排烟含湿量≤75mg/Nm3,使下游设备不腐蚀,负压运行时引风机不带水、不积灰、排烟通畅。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种气液连锁分离式除雾设备,主要用于烟气除尘脱硫设备。
背景技术
众所周知,采用湿法脱硫工艺排烟温度大,吸收液雾化程度越细,烟气夹带水分的机率越高。因此,采用湿法工艺脱硫时,脱水除雾装置的性能优劣、功效高低是直接关系到脱硫设备能否正常运行的关键问题,而目前的脱硫设备,仅在塔体中采用了一单圈离心脱水器,然后由塔体顶部连通沉降室排入烟囱,因此脱水除雾效率不高,湿烟气对排烟管道、烟囱造成严重腐蚀。尤其在负压运行时,还会造成引风机带水,叶轮积灰,使引风机失去动平衡产生振动,需频繁停机清理积灰,处理不及时将会发生机毁事故,影响锅炉正常运行。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种脱水除雾效果好的气液连锁分离式除雾设备。
本实用新型提供的这种气液连锁分离式除雾设备,包括塔体、塔体外的沉降室、塔体中带中心盲板及导向圈的离心脱水器;在离心脱水器的中心盲板上方有一个带上下锥面的导流锥,所述上下两圆锥面之间以大底径面相邻;在该导流锥的上方有折板除雾器,该除雾器由围圈和固定在围圈中的诸多折板组成,每折板均折成带有V型集液槽的钩状;在折板除雾器的上方,于塔体顶部沿内壁设有一阻液环。
由于本实用新型在离心脱水器上方顺次设置了导流锥、折板除雾器、阻液环,当湿烟气通过离心脱水器的导向圈时产生离心加速力,烟气高速外旋冲向塔壁,烟气中的液滴被塔壁上的水膜吸附后流回到导向圈外的环形集液槽,而流向下方重复利用。湿烟气经离心脱水器将大颗粒液滴从烟气分离后,烟气继续转上升,当升至导流锥后与锥体的斜面连续碰撞,烟气中一部分液滴粘附在锥体表面汇集流下,烟气流受锥体斜面的推力,以放射状旋转外翻冲向塔壁,烟气中残存的液滴被塔壁上的液膜吸附后流向塔底。导流锥除脱水作用外,另一个重要作用是可以消除离心式脱水器盲板中心区负压形成的涡流,从而大大减少液滴被烟气夹带的机率。当烟气继续进入折板除雾器后,烟中的微小液滴汇聚在折板的V型集液槽内流向塔底。而塔体顶部的阻液环,可全方位阻截塔壁上的液膜上溢,防止液体进入烟道。当烟气经烟道进入沉降室后,由于沉降室的容积较大,阻力大大减小,烟气流速明显降低。烟气中残存的液滴在重力作用下,从烟气中分离出来,沉降至室底,干烟气通过排烟道送入烟囱排空,本实用新型通过气液连锁分离将烟气夹带的大、中、小不同粒径的液滴逐级有效脱除后,再进入烟气沉降室处理,烟气饱和后脱水率高达97%以上,排烟含湿量≤75mg/Nm3,使下游设备不腐蚀,负压运行时引风机不带水、不积灰、排烟通畅。

具体实施方式
参见图1:反映了本实用新型的具体结构,从这两幅图可以看出本实用新型具有塔体1,在塔体1的上部由下至上顺次设有离心脱水器2、导流锥3、折板除雾器4、、阻液环5,塔体外的沉降室6与塔体1连体共用隔板,塔体顶部的过梁烟道连通沉降室6。
参见图2和图3:反映了本实施例采用的一种离心脱水器2,与现有的离心脱水器相比仍然有中心盲板21和脱水圈22,但脱水圈22增加了一个,以适应大容量塔体。每脱水圈都由脱水板23和围圈24组成,最外圈是环形集液槽25。当湿烟气通过脱水板23时产生离心加速力,烟气高速外旋冲向塔壁,烟气中的液滴被塔壁上的水膜吸附后流入环形集液槽25,之后流出被重复利用。
参见图4:反映了另一本实施所采用的离心脱水器,其导向圈22具有三个,比图2和图3所示的离心脱水器大,以适应于更大容量的塔体。
参见图5:反映了导流锥3的结构,它由上下两个圆锥(或圆台)叠置而成,两圆锥以圆底面重合,使导流锥3具有上锥面31和下锥面32,下圆锥下有支撑管33支撑,湿烟气经离心脱水器将大颗粒液滴从烟气分离出来后,烟气继续转上升,当升至导流锥后与锥体的斜面连续碰撞,烟气中一部分液滴粘附在下锥面32汇集流下,烟气的流继续上升将受到上锥面31的推力,以放射状旋转外翻冲向塔壁,烟气中残存的液滴被塔壁上的液膜吸附后流向塔底。导流锥除脱水作用外,另一个重要作用是可以消除离心式脱水器盲板中心区负压形成的涡流,从而大大减少液滴被烟气夹带的机率。
参见图6和图7:反映了折板除雾器4的结构,折板除雾器4由围圈41和固定在围圈中的诸多折板42形成,折板42折成带V型导液槽的钩状,当烟气经过各折板时,烟中的微小液滴汇流到集液槽内流向塔底。
参见图8:反映了阻液环5的结构,该阻液环成锥形环状,由支架51支承,当塔壁上的液膜向上时,被阻液环阻挡,集成滴后下流。
因此烟气的脱水除雾过程是先经离心脱水器脱掉大粒径液滴,再经导流锥脱除中粒径液滴,然后经折板除雾器脱除小粒径雾珠,再经阻循环到过梁烟道进入沉降室6,到达沉降室下部的出烟口成为干气体后从路径排烟管由烟囱排空。

Claims (3)

1、一种气液连锁分离式除雾设备,包括塔体(1)、塔体(1)外的沉降室(6)、塔体中带中心盲板(21)及脱水圈(22)的离心脱水器(2),其特征在于:在离心脱水器的中心盲板(21)上方有一个带上下锥面(31、32)的导流锥(3),所述上下两圆锥面之间以大底径面相邻;在导流锥(3)的上方有折板除雾器(4),该除雾器由围圈(41)和固定在围圈中的诸多折板(42)组成,每折板均折成带有V型集液槽的钩状;在折板除雾器(4)的上方于塔体顶部沿内壁设有一阻液环(5)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的气液连锁分离式除雾设备,其特征在于:离心脱水器的脱水圈(22)至少有两圈。
3、根据权利要求1或权利要求2的气液连锁分离式除雾设备,其特征在于:塔体(1)与沉降室(6)连体,共用隔板。
