背景技术
煤矿井下支护用的钢梁，一般用传统的工字钢。支护时按所需尺寸截取为段，再用液压、支柱支撑在顶板上。支撑时，液压支柱柱头上有正方形布置的四个凸点，卡在工字钢梁边缘。由于传统的工字钢边缘是平滑状，所以只在横向卡紧，钢梁在纵向易产生滑动错位，支护不牢。很需要对这种钢梁进行改进。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是设计一种不易滑动错位的周期花边工字钢。
本实用新型主要是把工字钢的两翼加工成对称的周期性凸凹花边状，每一周期的长度值a等于工字钢宽度值b，使液压支柱头四个正方形布置的凸点卡在花边凸缘上。
优点是：使用时按所需长度截取为段，液压支柱支撑时，柱头的四个凸点着正好卡在工字梁花边上，防止了滑动错位。

具体实施方式
本实用新型是在轧钢时将工字钢轧成图1、图2所示的形图，从图2看出它是在工字钢的两翼轧出周期性的凸凹形状(称为花边)，每一个周期值a应等于工字钢宽度b，即a＝b或a≈b，使液压支柱的四个凸点1无论在纵向还是横向布置，都能卡住工字钢梁2，不发生错位滑动。
