本实用新型在于提供一种手动操纵杆侧置直接换档的变速器。由操纵杆(1)、拨头(2)、拨叉轴(11)、换挡拨叉(7)、倒挡锁定片(3)、倒挡锁动片(4)、复位弹簧(14)和换挡侧盖(5)组成的换挡侧盖总成安装于变速器壳体(6)的侧面来实现变速器侧置直接换挡。在变速器换挡侧盖中设有挡锁动片(4)、倒挡锁定片(3)和复位弹簧(14)及拨头(2)组成的倒挡锁，防止车辆前进时在由五挡位置换挡时误挂倒挡，而损坏变速器。从而保护变速器。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种车辆变速器，尤其是一种手动操纵杆侧置直接换挡的变速器。
背景技术
目前手动操纵杆直接换挡的机械变速器的手动操纵杆及换挡顶盖位于主传动箱的上方，而现有侧置换挡的变速器均为远距离操纵换挡。
现有变速器当汽车向前行驶时由五挡位置摘挡时会有由于操纵不当而误挂倒挡，使变速器损坏的问题。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种手动操纵杆侧置直接换挡的变速器，其换挡侧盖位于变速器壳体的侧面，使手动操纵杆更接近驾驶员的位置便于操作。
在变速器换挡挡侧盖中设有挡锁，防止车辆前进时在五挡位置换挡过程中由变速器五挡位置直接误挂倒挡造成变速器的损坏，起到保护变速器的作用。

结合附图对技术方案和具体实施例进一步说明，本实用新型实施例由图1所示：由变速器壳体(6)、输入轴(12)、输出轴(13)、传动齿轮、同步器、换挡侧盖(5)、换挡拨叉(7)、操纵杆(1)、拨头(2)组成。由图2所示的操纵杆(1)、拨头(2)、拨叉轴(11)、换挡拨叉(7)、倒挡锁定片(3)、倒挡锁动片(4)、复位弹簧(14)和换挡侧盖(5)组成的换挡侧盖总成安装于变速器壳体(6)的侧面来实现变速器手动操纵杆侧置换挡。
图3为倒挡锁实施例示意图，倒挡锁由倒挡锁定片(3)、倒挡锁动片(4)和复位弹簧(14)、拨头(2)组成，装于换挡侧盖(5)内。复位弹簧(14)的作用是无外力作用时使倒挡锁动片(4)始终保持图3所示的初始位置。图2当操纵杆(1)选挡位于五倒挡位置时，即操纵杆(1)上端向左位置，拨头(2)压下倒挡锁动片(4)，图3倒挡锁动片(4)逆时针转动。然后如图1操纵杆(1)继续向5挡齿轮(9)方向挂挡，五倒挡齿套(8)在拨头(2)、换挡拨叉(7)带动下挂向5挡齿轮(9)，此时拨头(2)位于图3中E的位置，拨头(2)脱开倒档锁动片(4)此时倒档锁动片(4)在复位弹簧(14)作用下复位至图(3)所示位置，当车辆以变速器五挡行驶中摘五挡时，图3中拨头(2)行至空挡位置D时拨动倒挡锁动片(4)顺时针旋转至与倒挡锁定片(3)接触不能继续转动阻挡拨头(2)不能继续挂向图3中F的位置；即图1挂倒挡(10)的位置，从而保证车辆以五挡速度向前行进过程中防止由五挡位置直接误挂倒挡，避免变速器主传动箱的破坏，而起到保护变速箱的作用。而正常挂倒挡时见图3，拨头(2)由空挡位置压下倒挡锁动片(4)，拨头(2)至位置D后由位置D移向位置F挂倒挡时由于倒挡锁动片(4)不起阻挡作用而可正常挂倒挡。

Claims (4)

1、一种手动操作杆侧置直接换挡的变速器，由变速器壳体(6)、输入轴(12)、输出轴(13)、传动齿轮、同步器、换挡侧盖(5)、换挡拨叉(7)、操纵杆(1)、拨头(2)组成，其特征是：换挡侧盖(5)位于变速器壳体(6)的侧面。
2、根据权利要求1所述的手动操作杆侧置直接换挡的变速器，其特征是：变速箱换挡侧盖(5)上装有倒挡锁。
3、根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的手动操纵杆侧置直接换挡的变速器，其特征是：换挡侧盖(5)位于变速器壳体(6)右侧。
4、根据权利要求1和权利要求2所述的手动操纵杆侧置直接换挡的变速器，其特征是：换挡侧盖(5)位于变速器壳体(6)左侧。
