技术领域
本实用新型空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥属于车辆后桥领域,特别是涉及一种沙滩车后桥。
背景技术
传统的后轴为实心式,重量及耗材均较大致使整车质量较重,后轴与碟刹盘连接盘和链盘连接盘采用花键联接,需专用设备加工,加工工艺复杂。链轮与链轮连接盘为刚性联接,用螺栓紧固,链轮磨损严重。沙滩车后桥上安装的轴承座采用正圆套筒结构,调节链条松紧需要用到轴承座上的调节螺栓,因螺栓受力较大,容易造成调节螺栓断裂,严重影响行车安全,采用传统方法调节链条松紧时,先通过调节螺栓长度再传到后摇架,从而改变轴承座相对于后摇架的距离,使后轴相对于后摇架位置变化,最后实现调节链条松紧,通过此方式来改变链条松紧状态传动效率和传动的准确度都不高。

本实用新型的目的在于避免现有技术的不足之处,而设计一种重量轻,不容易磨损,传动效率高,安全可靠的空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥。
本实用新型的目的是通过以下措施来达到的,它是由空心后轴,弹性缓冲胶,后摇架,偏心轴承座,弹性链轮安装螺栓,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后碟刹泵安装板组成,后制动盘和弹性链轮安装在链轮碟刹盘固定座上,并用螺栓紧固,弹性缓冲胶安装在弹性链轮上,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后制动盘和弹性链轮用平键联接到空心后轴上,后摇架、偏心轴承座、后碟刹泵安装板安装在空心后轴上并固定螺栓,后轴是采用空心,轴承座是采用偏心轴承座,偏心轴承座安装在空心后轴上,在偏心轴承座上两端有刻度线,转动偏心轴承座改变后轴相对于前轮前后位置的变化,从而调整链条的松紧状态。利用偏心轴承座上两端刻度线,能精确的调整后轴相对于前轮前后位置,平稳调节链条,可提高传动效率和传动准确度。采用平键联接,加工容易。弹性链轮用弹性缓冲胶作为缓冲垫,使链轮与链轮碟刹盘固定座的联接变成柔性联接,减少振动及链轮磨损。
本实用新型弹性缓冲胶安装在弹性链轮上,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后制动盘和弹性链轮用平键联接到空心后轴上,后轴是采用空心。

如附图1、附图2所示,本实用新型是由空心后轴1,弹性缓冲胶2,后摇架3,偏心轴承座4,弹性链轮安装螺栓5,弹性链轮6,链轮碟刹盘固定座7,后制动盘8,后碟刹泵安装板9组成,后制动盘和弹性链轮安装在链轮碟刹盘固定座上,并用螺栓紧固,后摇架、后碟刹泵安装板安装在空心后轴上并固定螺栓,偏心轴承座安装在空心后轴上,在轴承座上两端有刻度线,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后制动盘和弹性链轮用平键联接到空心后轴上,弹性缓冲胶安装在弹性链轮上,弹性链轮用4个橡胶缓冲垫,使链轮与链轮碟刹盘固定座的联接变成柔性联接,偏心轴承座安装在空心后轴上,在偏心轴承座上两端有刻度线,转动偏心轴承座改变后轴相对于前轮前后位置的变化,从而调整链条的松紧状态。利用偏心轴承座上两端刻度线,能精确的调整后轴相对于前轮前后位置,平稳调节链条,可提高传动效率和传动准确度。采用平键联接,加工容易。弹性链轮用弹性缓冲胶作为缓冲垫,使链轮与链轮碟刹盘固定座的联接变成柔性联接,减少振动及链轮磨损。

1、一种空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥,它是由后轴,后摇架,轴承座,弹性链轮安装螺栓,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后碟刹泵安装板组成,后制动盘和弹性链轮安装在链轮碟刹盘固定座上,后摇架、后碟刹泵安装板安装在后轴上并固定螺栓,其特征是弹性缓冲胶安装在弹性链轮上,链轮碟刹盘固定座,后制动盘和弹性链轮用平键联接到空心后轴上,后轴是采用空心。
2、根据权利要求1所述的空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥,其特征是轴承座是采用偏心轴承座,偏心轴承座安装在空心后轴上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥,其特征是在轴承座上两端有刻度线。
4、根据权利要求1所述的空心式后轴的沙滩车后桥,其特征是弹性链轮安装螺栓与弹性链轮联接时带有弹性缓冲胶。
