本实用新型公开了一种低噪音分体式电驱动轮,它包括轮毂,在轮毂内有驱动电机,驱动电机的转子轴与齿轮连接,齿轮与行星齿轮啮合,行星齿轮与固定在轮毂内的内齿圈啮合,在驱动电机外壳的两端面上,固定有左承载主轴和右承载主轴,它们的一端伸出轮毂外安装车架。本实用新型能够大大提高驱动轮的承载能力,减小驱动轮的体积,使用起来噪音低,而且装配方便,利于批量生产。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种为老人车、电动轮椅车及各种电动助力车提供动力的电动驱动轮。
技术背景:
目前,电驱动轮品种很多,内外结构形式各异,都各有自己的优点,但是,他们均采用把驱动器、减速器、刹车装置及左、右护板安装在同一轴上,即驱动器电机轴既是其它零件的安装轴,又是整个车轮的承载主轴,这使轴的长度增加;同时,为了减小整个动力轮的体积,轴的直径相应地减小,他们缺陷有以下几个方面:1、细长轴作为整个车轮的主轴,刚性差、承载能力低、加工困难;2、细长轴作为电机轴,使电机的功率受到限制,也给电机的制造增加了难度;3、这些驱动轮的各个功能部件均是零散零件装配在同一主轴上,使动力轮的装配和调试难度增加,这不便于形成批量生产。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种新型的分体式电动驱动轮,提高驱动轮的承载能力,减小驱动轮的体积,使用起来噪音低,而且装配方便,利于批量生产。
本实用新型是这样构成的:它包括轮毂(1),在轮毂(1)内有驱动电机(2),驱动电机(2)的转子轴与齿轮(3)连接,齿轮(3)与行星齿轮(4)啮合,行星齿轮(4)与固定在轮毂(1)内的内齿圈(5)啮合,在驱动电机(2)外壳的两端面上,固定有左承载主轴(6)和右承载主轴(7),它们的一端伸出轮毂(1)外安装车架;左承载主轴(6)的另一端安装刹车器(8);轮毂(1)内还有左护板(9)和右护板(10),将驱动电机(2)、齿轮(3)和刹车器(8)密封在轮毂(1)内;为了降低噪音,内齿圈(5)和行星齿轮(4)选择大螺旋角螺旋齿(β=18~35°)。
本实用新型以通过相关实验,与现有的电驱动轮相比有以下优点:
1、本机构的承载主轴不与驱动电机的转子轴相连,为分体式,不受电机轴的直径大小和其它零件的限制,直径可最大限度地加大,这使驱动轮的承载能力大大提高;
2、本机构的左右分体式承载主轴外端用于安装车架,是车架的两个支撑轴,而内端分别是动力轮减速器的行星齿架和刹车器的安装基座;同时,驱动轮的驱动、减速、制动装置利用左护板和右护板作为支撑板,密封安装在轮毂内,这样对每个零件的充分利用,使整个装置的结构紧凑,电驱动轮体积相应地得以减小,实现了驱动轮的小型化和轻型化;
3、本机构的驱动、减速、制动装置自成一体,相对独立,通过连接螺钉紧密连接成一个整体,经调试,检测合格后再装入轮毂,这使驱动轮的装配方便、易于形成批量生产;
本机构是通过行星齿轮减速器来实现减速的,机构传动效率高;并且,行星齿轮减速器齿圈和行星齿设计可以采用大螺旋角螺旋齿(β=18~35°),使行星齿轮副得以连续、平稳的转动,使整个机构运转噪音低于68分贝,给家庭、医院使用的老人车、轮椅车等提供了理想的驱动装置。

具体实施方式:
本实用新型的实施例:轮毂(1)内固定一圈内齿圈(5),外面安装轮胎(12),把驱动电机(2)固定在轮毂(1)中心位置,驱动电机(2)的转子轴与齿轮(3)连接,驱动电机(2)外壳的两端面上,用螺丝固定左承载主轴(6)和右承载主轴(7),它们的一端伸出轮毂(1)外,左承载主轴(6)的另一端安装刹车器(8),右承载主轴(7)的另一端留出一定缝隙,与驱动电机(2)上的连接板(11)组成行星齿架,放置行星齿轮(4),齿轮(3)与行星齿轮(4)啮合,行星齿轮(4)与固定在轮毂(1)内的内齿圈(5)啮合;然后用左护板(9)和右护板(10)将驱动电机(2)、齿轮(3)和刹车器(8)密封在轮毂(1)内;内齿圈(5)和行星齿轮(4)选择大螺旋角螺旋齿(β=35°)。

1.一种低噪音分体式电驱动轮,它包括轮毂(1),在轮毂(1)内有驱动电机(2),驱动电机(2)的转子轴与齿轮(3)连接,齿轮(3)与行星齿轮(4)啮合,行星齿轮(4)与固定在轮毂(1)内的内齿圈(5)啮合,其特征在于:在驱动电机(2)外壳的两端面上,固定有左承载主轴(6)和右承载主轴(7),它们的一端伸出轮毂(1)外安装车架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音分体式电驱动轮,其特征在于:左承载主轴(6)的另一端安装刹车器(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音分体式电驱动轮,其特征在于:轮毂(1)内还有左护板(9)和右护板(10),将驱动电机(2)、齿轮(3)和刹车器(8)密封在轮毂(1)内。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低噪音分体式电驱动轮,其特征在于:内齿圈(5)和行星齿轮(4)选择大螺旋角螺旋齿β=18~350。
