本实用新型涉及低压铸设备,是一种在低压铸机上使用的低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置。
背景技术
目前,在各种型号的低压铸造机上使用的抽芯器,其中心高度的调节主要靠垫块实现,通常是根据需要增加垫块数量,以达到需要调节的距离,这种调节方法的不足在于:操作复杂,耗费时间较长。国外进口的抽芯器中心调节是靠在抽芯器两侧设置凸台及底板,需要调节中心高度时,采用千斤顶双向同时施力,同步顶起,以达到调节中心高度的目的,这种结构的不足是:结构复杂,操作不方便等。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置,使它具有结构合理、调节方便、省力等优点。
本实用新型为实现上述目的,通过以下技术方案实现:低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置,包括支座,油缸安装板安装在支座上,导套座与油缸安装板连接,导向杆一端与油缸连接,导向杆另一端穿过导套座与模具安装板连接,油缸安装板上部安装螺杆,螺杆上安装调节手柄。螺杆上安装支撑螺母,支撑螺母安装在调节手柄下方,支撑螺母下方安装连接块,连接块通过紧固件与支座连接。螺杆上安装紧固螺母,紧固螺母位于油缸安装板上端面。
本实用新型的优点在于:结构简洁,使用方便,操作简单,调节中心高度时间短,相应提高了工作效率,制造成本低等。

具体实施方式
图中10是油缸安装板,油缸安装板10安装在支座8上,导套座3与油缸安装板10连接,导向杆2一端与油缸1连接,导向杆2另一端穿过导套座3与模具安装板9连接,油缸安装板10上部安装螺杆5,螺杆5上安装调节手柄6。螺杆5上安装支撑螺母4,支撑螺母4安装在调节手柄6下方,支撑螺母4下方安装连接块7,连接块7通过紧固件与支座8连接。螺杆5上安装紧固螺母11,紧固螺母11位于油缸安装板10上端面。本实用新型使用时,模具安装板9与模具连接。当需要调节抽芯器中心相对于模具的高度时,顺时针或逆时针转动手柄6使螺杆4向上或向下移动,从而通过油缸安装板10带动导向杆2向上或向下移动,达到调节中心高度的目的。

1、低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置,包括支座(8),其特征在于:油缸安装板(10)安装在支座(8)上,导套座(3)与油缸安装板(10)连接,导向杆(2)一端与油缸(1)连接,导向杆(2)另一端穿过导套座(3)与模具安装板(9)连接,油缸安装板(10)上部安装螺杆(5),螺杆(5)上安装调节手柄(6)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置,其特征在于:螺杆(5)上安装支撑螺母(4),支撑螺母(4)安装在调节手柄(6)下方,支撑螺母(4)下方安装连接块(7),连接块(7)通过紧固件与支座(8)连接。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的低压铸造用抽芯器中心调节装置,其特征在于:螺杆(5)上安装紧固螺母(11),紧固螺母(11)位于油缸安装板(10)上端面。
