本实用新型公开了一种结构紧凑、输入扭矩与承载能力大、操纵轻便的轻型汽车变速器,它包括箱体[17]、离合器壳体[23],在箱体[17]内设有一轴[26]、二轴[9]、中间轴[24]、倒档轴[15]和六组优化设计的齿轮,离合器壳体[23]内设有分离轴承总成[27],其特征是所述二轴[9]与中间轴[24]的中心距为106mm,箱体[17]的后端底部接近1/2的长度位置处向箱体的上部设有阶梯,在分离轴承总成[27]上设有分离轴承润滑系统[28],在4/5档处和2/3档处分别设有锁环式同步器[2]、[7],本实用新型其动力性、可靠性得到加强,同时还达到了体积小、重量轻、操纵轻便、节油、省油的效果。

技术领域:
本实用新型涉及一种机械传动装置,具体地说是一种轻型汽车变速器。
背景技术:
目前国内轻型汽车(3吨-4吨级)变速器大部份已不太适应国家实施欧II、欧III排放标准与道路政策后的动力性、可靠性、经济性要求。
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构紧凑、输入扭矩与承载能力大、操纵轻便,且适应国家实施欧II、欧III排放标准及道路政策后的3-4吨级大扭矩轻型汽车变速器。
本实用新型是采用如下技术方案实现其发明目的的,为了满足已达欧II排放标准,最大扭矩343N.m-380N.m,额定功率88Kw-92Kw发动机的动力性要求,轻型汽车变速器设计时确定输入扭矩380N.m-390N.m,额定功率88Kw-92Kw,将中心距设为106mm,以克服中心距为100mm的轻型汽车变速器输入扭矩偏小、承载能力偏弱等缺陷。一种轻型汽车变速器,它包括箱体、离合器壳体,在箱体内设有一轴、二轴、中间轴、倒档轴和六组优化设计的齿轮,离合器壳体内设有分离轴承总成,所述二轴与中间轴的中心距为106mm,箱体的后端底部接近1/2的长度位置处向箱体的上部设有阶梯,在分离轴承总成上设有分离轴承润滑系统,在4/5档处和2/3档处分别设有锁环式同步器。
本实用新型为使变速器摆放十份平稳,在箱体后端底部的阶梯处设有脚。
由于采用上述技术方案,本实用新型较好的实现了发明目的,由于中心距的合理选择及齿轮强度的优化设计,箱体的人机工程学设计,同步器的合理选用及分离轴承总成设置润滑系统使变速器的承载能力大提高,其动力性、可靠性得到加强,同时还达到了体积小、重量轻、操纵轻便、节油、省油的效果。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
由图1、图2、图3可知,一种轻型汽车变速器,它包括箱体17、离合器壳体23、上盖1、顶盖4、后盖13、凸缘12,在箱体17内设有一轴26、二轴9、中间轴24、倒档轴15,在二轴9上设有优化设计的二轴五档齿轮5、二轴三档齿轮20、二轴二档齿轮18、二轴一档齿轮8、二轴倒档齿轮11和1/R档滑动齿套10;中间轴24上设有优化设计的常啮齿轮22、中间轴五档齿轮21、中间轴三档齿轮19、中间轴二档齿轮18;上盖1内安有三种拨叉6及三根拨叉轴3;离合器壳体23内设有分离叉臂25、分离轴承总成27;为输入扭矩与承载能力大,所述二轴9与中间轴24的中心距设计为106mm,并对变速器齿轮进行了优化设计,全部采取斜齿轮传动,并合理选用模数、螺旋角、变位系数、齿宽等齿轮参数,使齿轮的平均弯曲强度,平均接触强度比国内同类变速器齿轮提高16%以上;为体积小、重量轻,按人机工程学和有限元分析对变速器箱体进行设计,所述的箱体17在其后端底部接近1/2的长度位置处向箱体的上部设有阶梯,达到了缩小体积、减小空间、节省润滑油的效果;为提高可靠性,延长离合器壳与分离轴承总成使用寿命,在分离轴承总成27上设有分离轴承润滑系统28,减小了分离轴承总成27不停往复运动的磨损,并防止了分离轴承总成27的卡、滞现象;为操纵适用、轻便,在4/5档处设有锁环式同步器2,在2/3档处设有锁环式同步器7。本实用新型为使变速器摆放十份平稳,在箱体17后端底部的阶梯处还设有脚29。
本实用新型在原材料上箱体采用HT200,齿轮、轴、采用20CrMnTi,都是国内通用材料,非常容易采购,投资省、即经济又便于广泛生产。

1、一种轻型汽车变速器,它包括箱体[17]、离合器壳体[23],在箱体[17]内设有一轴[26]、二轴[9]、中间轴[24]、倒档轴[15]和六组优化设计的齿轮,离合器壳体[23]内设有分离轴承总成[27],其特征是所述二轴[9]与中间轴[24]的中心距为106mm,箱体[17]的后端底部接近1/2的长度位置处向箱体的上部设有阶梯,在分离轴承总成[27]上设有分离轴承润滑系统[28],在4/5档处和2/3档处分别设有锁环式同步器[2]、[7]。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轻型汽车变速器,其特征是在箱体[17]后端底部的阶梯处设有脚[29]。
