一种卷帘的减速机构,主要由密闭的桶体、设置在密闭桶体内的带有齿或叶片的转动体、设置在密闭桶体内的液体、转动穿过桶体与转动体连接在一起的转轴构成。本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有卷帘收卷时减速机构不会产生噪音、减速耐用的、能防止卷帘转速变速时对卷帘产生冲击的优点。

本实用新型涉及一种卷帘的改进机构。
背景技术:
现有的卷帘上都要装置一减速机构,以减低卷帘收卷窗帘时的收卷速度,避免窗帘收卷时,因收卷速度过高而对卷帘产生冲击,损坏卷帘机构,此种减速机构主要由变速机构、重锤、圆管构成,变速机构将卷帘转动速度转换成高速转动,带动重锤也高速转动,在转动离心力的作用下,重锤张开,并紧压着圆管内壁,重锥与圆管内壁间的摩擦力减缓了卷帘的转速,从而达到减速的目的。此种减速机构由于是机械式的,因此存在以下缺点:1、变速机构的工作,会产生很大的噪音,污染高品位的、安静的使用环境;2、重锤与圆管间的相对的摩擦运动,对圆管或重锤产生严重的磨损,使重锤与圆管间的摩擦力逐渐减少,从而使减速机构逐渐丧失减速的功效;3、由于重锤与圆管间摩擦力的大小由卷帘的转速决定,卷帘加速度对摩擦力几乎没有影响,而卷帘收卷时对卷帘的冲击往往是加速度,因此,此种减速机构不能很好地防止卷帘快要完全收卷时对卷帘的冲击。
发明内容:
本实用新型的发明目的在于提供一种收卷时减速机构不会产生噪音、减速耐用的、能防止卷帘转速变速时对卷帘产生冲击的卷帘的减速机构。
本实用新型是这样实现的,主要由密闭的桶体、设置在密闭桶体内的带有齿或叶片的转动体、设置在密闭桶体内的液体、转动穿过桶体与转动体连接在一起的转轴构成。使用时,将桶体、转轴分别与卷帘窗帘转筒、带动卷帘窗帘转筒作收卷转动的弹簧机构连接在一起。卷帘做收卷动作时,打开窗帘时已储蓄了很大的回弹动能的弹簧带动卷帘窗帘转筒卷动,使桶体相对于转动体转动,在桶体内液体对转动着的转动体上的齿或叶片的阻挡下,降低了卷帘窗帘转筒的转动速度,而且,卷帘窗帘转筒的转动速度或转动的加速度越高,阻挡力就越大,迫使卷帘窗帘转筒以平缓的转速将打开的窗帘重新卷好。
这里,转轴上套接有弹簧,弹簧的其中一端连接一连接构件。使用时,将桶体、连接构件分别与卷帘窗帘转筒、带动卷帘窗帘转筒作收卷转动的弹簧机构连接在一起就可使用。当卷帘窗帘转筒作打开窗帘转动,使连接构件带动弹簧往松开方向转动时,由于弹簧的松开,使弹簧不能带动转轴转动,这样,减速机构就不会对卷帘窗帘转筒的转动产生减速的作用,当卷帘窗帘转筒作收起窗帘转动时,使连接构件带动弹簧往收紧方向转动时,由于弹簧的收紧,使弹簧能带动转轴转动,这样,减速机构就会对卷帘窗帘转筒的转动产生减速的作用,防止卷帘窗帘转筒转速过快。
为了方便在桶体内灌注液体,桶体由桶身、密封盖在桶身桶口上的桶盖构成,转动体上设有贯穿转动体的轴孔,桶盖上也设有轴孔,转轴穿过桶盖插入转动体上的轴孔上。灌注液体时,先将定量的液体放进桶身内,然后将转动体连同转轴放进桶身内,由于轴孔的存在,放进转动体时,液体通过轴孔上涌,并受转轴的限制不会涌出轴孔,而不会沿桶身内壁上涌,防止了液体漫出桶身外。
转动体上的轴孔为非圆形,与轴孔相配的转轴部分也是非圆形。这样,转轴就能带动转动体转动。
为了防止液体沿转轴外壁溢出桶体,转轴与桶盖的轴孔间设有密封圈。
在桶身底部的圆心处设有小圆柱,对应小圆柱的转轴端面设有圆柱孔,小圆柱插入圆柱孔内。这样,转动体就能保证沿桶体的圆心转动。
本实用新型与已有技术相比,具有卷帘收卷时减速机构不会产生噪音、减速耐用的、能防止卷帘转速变速时对卷帘产生冲击的优点。

如图所示,本实用新型主要由与卷帘转筒1固定在一起的密闭的桶体2、设置在密闭桶体2内的带有齿或叶片3的转动体4、设置在密闭桶体2内的转动体4、转动穿过桶体2与转动体4连接在一起的转轴5构成,桶体2由桶身2a、密封盖在桶身2a桶口2b上的桶盖2c构成,转动体4上设有贯穿转动体4的轴孔4a,桶盖2c上也设有轴孔2d,转轴5穿过桶盖2c插入转动体4上的轴孔4a上,转动体4上的轴孔4a为非圆形,与轴孔4a相配的转轴5a部分也是非圆形,转轴5与桶盖2c内侧间设有密封圈压板5b,压板5b与桶盖2c内侧间设有密封圈6,在桶身2a底部的圆心处设有小圆柱2e,对应小圆柱2e的转轴端面设有圆柱孔5c,小圆柱2e插入圆柱孔5c内,桶盖2c外侧设有环2f,转轴5上套接有弹簧7,弹簧7外侧端头7a呈钩状并位于环2f的侧面,转轴5套接一带有套环8a的连接构件8,连接构件8的套环8a端面8b紧贴环2f的端面2g,连接构件8的套环8a端面8b上设有凹口8c,凹口8c内设有与套环端面8b持平的柱子8d,柱子8d插入弹簧7的钩状端头7a,连接构件8上设有连接柱8e,还设有一连接构件定位盖9,连接构件定位盖9上设有穿孔9b,连接构件定位盖9通过连接构件定位盖9上的扣9a和环2f上的钩2h连接在桶盖2c上的环2f上,连接构件8设置在连接构件定位盖9,穿过连接构件定位盖9上穿孔9b的连接构件8上的连接柱8e与带动卷帘窗帘转筒1作收卷转动的弹簧机构10连接在一起,为了便于安装、使用以及简化本实用新型的结构,在桶身2a和连接构件定位盖9上设有与卷帘转筒1连接在一起的冀片11。

Claims (10)

1、一种卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于主要由密闭的桶体、设置在密闭桶体内的带有齿或叶片的转动体、设置在密闭桶体内的液体、转动穿过桶体与转动体连接在一起的转轴构成。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于转轴上套接有弹簧,弹簧的其中一端连接一连接构件。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于桶体由桶身、密封盖在桶身桶口上的桶盖构成,转动体上设有贯穿转动体的轴孔,桶盖上也设有轴孔,转轴穿过桶盖插入转动体上的轴孔上。
4、根据权利要求3所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于在桶身上设有与卷帘转筒1连接在一起的冀片。
5、根据权利要求3所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于桶盖外侧设有环,弹簧外侧端头呈钩状并位于环的侧面,转轴套接一带有套环的连接构件,连接构件的套环端面紧贴环的端面,连接构件的套环端面上设有凹口,凹口内设有与套环端面持平的柱子,柱子插入弹簧的钩状端头。
6、根据权利要求4所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于设有一连接构件定位盖,连接构件定位盖连接在桶盖上的环上,连接构件设置在连接构件定位盖内,连接构件上设有连接柱,连接构件定位盖上设有穿孔,连接构件上的连接柱穿过连接构件定位盖上穿孔。
7、根据权利要求3所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于转轴与桶盖的轴孔间设有密封圈。
8、根据权利要求5所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于转轴与桶盖内侧间设有密封圈压板,密封圈设置在压板与桶盖内侧间。
9、根据权利要求1或2所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于转动体上的轴孔为非圆形,与轴孔相配的转轴部分也是非圆形。
10、根据权利要求1或2所述的卷帘的减速机构,其特征在于在桶身底部的圆心处设有小圆柱,对应小圆柱的转轴端面设有圆柱孔,小圆柱插入圆柱孔内。
