本实用新型涉及一种离心式离合器,该离合器壳体内设置有与被动轴装配在一起的锅式被动盘以及与主动轴装配在一起的主动盘总成,主动盘总成伸入到锅式被动盘内,所述的主动盘总成的主动盘与主动轴装配在一起,主动盘上在主动轴轴心周围均匀装配有至少两个月牙形的离合摩擦块,各离合摩擦块的首部通过传动转轴与主动盘转动装配在一起,相邻的离合摩擦块的首端和中部依次通过复位拉簧相互连接。由于本实用新型利用离合摩擦块直接与被动盘的锅形内壁接触传递动力,耐磨、耐热,不易磨损,大大延长了使用寿命和降低了使用成本。

本实用新型涉及一种离心式离合器。
背景技术
在一些传动场合经常要用到离心式离合器,以实现软启动,这样对动力机及工作设备都能起到一定的保护作用。目前,有一种离心式离合器,离合器壳体内设置有与被动轴装配在一起的锅式被动盘以及与主动轴装配在一起的主动盘总成,主动盘总成伸入到锅式被动盘内,主动盘总成的主动盘与主动轴装配在一起,主动盘上在主动轴轴心两侧对称装配有两个离合块,两离合块的首部通过传动转轴与主动盘转动装配在一起,其中一块离合块的主体的前部和尾部和另一块离合块的主体的尾部和前部通过复位拉簧相互连接,离合块朝外的圆弧边上粘接有橡胶摩擦层。由于离合块朝外的圆弧边上粘接有橡胶摩擦层,橡胶摩擦层在大负荷摩擦状态下常因发热而磨损,故障率高,维修频繁,不适合在大负荷传动启动频繁场合应用;同时,其复位拉簧均设置在摩擦块的主体内侧,摩擦块的张开阻力较大,不利于快合快分。
实用新型内容
针对上述问题,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种离心式离合器,以适宜在大负荷的场合下使用。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案在于采用了一种离心式离合器,离合器壳体内设置有与被动轴装配在一起的锅式被动盘以及与主动轴装配在一起的主动盘总成,主动盘总成伸入到锅式被动盘内,所述的主动盘总成的主动盘与主动轴装配在一起,主动盘上在主动轴轴心周围均匀装配有至少两个月牙形的离合摩擦块,各离合摩擦块的首部通过传动转轴与主动盘转动装配在一起,相邻的离合摩擦块的首端和中部依次通过复位拉簧相互连接。
由于本实用新型利用离合摩擦块直接与被动盘的锅形内壁接触传递动力,耐磨、耐热,不易磨损,大大延长了使用寿命和降低了使用成本。另外,由于复位拉簧分别设置于传动转轴两侧的首端和中部,当速度增到设定值时,相互之间有助于快速张开;当速度减到设定值时,相互之间有助于快速收回,减少离合摩擦块和被动盘之间的摩擦,有助于延长离合器的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
本实用新型的离心式离合器如图1、图2所示,图1为图2的B-B剖视图,离合器壳体8内设置有与被动轴11装配在一起的锅式被动盘1以及与主动轴6装配在一起的主动盘总成,主动盘总成伸入到锅式被动盘1内,主动盘总成的主动盘4通过键7与主动轴6装配在一起,主动盘4上在主动轴轴心周围均匀装配有两个月牙形的离合摩擦块2,两离合摩擦块2的首部通过传动转轴10与主动盘4转动装配在一起,其中一块离合摩擦块的首端和中部与另一块离合摩擦块的中部和首端通过复位拉簧3相互连接。

1、一种离心式离合器,离合器壳体内设置有与被动轴装配在一起的锅式被动盘以及与主动轴装配在一起的主动盘总成,主动盘总成伸入到锅式被动盘内,其特征在于:所述的主动盘总成的主动盘与主动轴装配在一起,主动盘上在主动轴轴心周围均匀装配有至少两个月牙形的离合摩擦块,各离合摩擦块的首部通过传动转轴与主动盘转动装配在一起,相邻的离合摩擦块的首端和中部依次通过复位拉簧相互连接。
